2010 and we're using a Bohrok tooth in silver. Bionicle persists...
And I love it!
Neat, I had this one
One of a few sets I got not in California. it was on sale for $5 at the Coos Bay, OR Wal-Mart.
@MCLegoboy:
Someone said "Bohrok tooth" when referring to a part that wasn't the Bohrok eye! I love it!
Seriously, I've been fighting that battle since pretty much day one, to the point that I 99% expected to look at the picture and see a Bohrok eye instead (it is used far more commonly than the tooth).
I'm like 80% sure I had this guy when I was little, but that might've just been me fawning over it in the catalogue
The use of a Bohrok Tooth for the hook is genius. Nothing exclusive to this set, but clever nonetheless
I was addicted to Tiny Turbos for a few years. I grew out of them... now I'm addicted to Modular Buildings. :-|
I mean, should a tow truck really be turbo?
How fast should you even go pulling a disabled vehicle behind you?
Not bad for its size.
Turbo or TurBRO? This guy doesn't have any unique or rare parts but it does have a Bionicle tooth for a hook, which is nice.
Nice hook.

Guess you've never heard of drag-racing riding lawnmowers. Or toilets, toolboxes, or pretty much anything else that someone, somewhere, can figure out a way to cram a giant engine into, and then tune that engine to within an inch of its life.
I had a bootleg version of this I got as a prize for something, took me years to figure out it was fake
YES! Finally! The first RSOTD that I own! I did like this set, and now thanks to you guys I realize it contains the only Bionicle part in my whole 60K part collection. :)
This set was a little cracker! I think I reviewed it
Edit: I did review it, over ten years ago!!!
"Good points: lots of nice details and it is a tow truck, not just another racer.
Bad points: it is another Tiny Turbo, so it's not for minifigs."
I miss Tiny Turbos...
Cool Car. Publicity in Brickset website is getting too annoying.

You might have to get to a crash site quickly, to clear wreckage out of the way before it creates another accident or holds up an event. So speed may be needed *before* you get to the crash.

Probably a turbo diesel.

I think the proper term is a vehicle with a disability ;- )

So you’re saying they shouldn’t use the term “turbo”? Maybe the should name it after something that’s better known for carrying things around...like a camel. Camel Tow.
I had this. It combined with one of the others for this weird tow truck/supercar thing.
Splendid little set.
@PurpleDave
My neighbor used to race lawnmowers, actually. He was one strange redneck. Or maybe he was a very ordinary redneck. Either way, it was strange to me.
But just because I’ve heard of something doesn’t mean I agree with it.

*functionally challenged

It's not idlin'! It's passed on! This car is no more! It has ceased to be! It's expired and gone to meet it's maker! It's a stiff! Bereft of life, it rests in peace! If you hadn't bolted it to the driveway it'd be rolling down the hill! Its mechanical processes are now 'istory! It's off the road! It's kicked the
bucket, it's shuffled off its mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleedin' choir invisible!! THIS IS AN EX-CAR!!

Love the Monty Python reference.
@Murdoch17:
It's always really challenging to adapt that to non-parrots, though...
