I don't think we have enough stickers in this set. Even the Minifigs have them, but I demand more!
How many stickers do we put in this set? Question
The pit crew minifigure has his origin for the head element from the Spider-Man 2 wrestling match Peter Parker minifigure.

Not to mention the fairly high price per piece, for a Racers set AND in 2009 dollars!
This would be a $110 set in 2022! Yikes!
It looks like a regular semi ran into something that cause the trailer to ride up onto the fifth wheel.
This is nowhere near as fast looking as I expected when I read the title.
I wouldn't mind seeing Speed Champions doing something like this. It'd be expensive as all get-out, but still, it'd be interesting to see how they did it.

Really wish they had with the 6 stud ones. Now it would be 12 studs minimum which would be a bit too much. I personally wish they would expand the 5 stud wide range and make some stuff like this that wouldn't be feasible with the 8s.
Treaded tires on an F1. This is a whole new level of Ferrari strategy.

F1 ran with grooved tires until the 2009 season brought slicks back! These are... not a good model of either style.
The variety of the minifig driver’s eyes is strange.

They did. 75913.
What's wrong with the driver's eyes?

Don't know if you're following the current F1 season? Without some driver mistakes/strategic misses from their side, they could still have seriously been in the race for the title.
Stickeria Ferrari
Pretty unusual to have a 10 wide truck body, and the pull out drawers are cool. Just a shame the tires could not be a bit thinner, or they could have used large panels to the ramp to give a bit more space, so that you could put the F1 car in the truck without removing the wheels. What are the yellow and red striped tiles on the 8 plate for?

I think it's supposed to represent the kerbs of a racing track.
The last time Lego did a set like this was 75913 in the first wave of Speed Champions. I would love to see them make another one, but I'm not sure how well that would work with the 8-wide vehicles of today.
The minifigures eyes are quite strange

The mid to late 2000s were... not a good time for minifig faces
I prefer the 2005 version (8654). More room. That thing is one of the largest minifig-scale trucks ever made. This one just feels like it was cut in half!

The answer is that that minifigure head originally came from the Drome Racers theme, which got... very experimental with its facial designs. This one is actually fairly normal when you compare it to, say, those on minifigures like
https://brickset.com/minifigs/rac084/red-monster
https://brickset.com/minifigs/rac100/star-strike
https://brickset.com/minifigs/rac081/off-roader
https://brickset.com/minifigs/rac091/racer-black-balaclava-lime-helmet-with-pattern-red-body
and ESPECIALLY https://brickset.com/minifigs/rac103/pro-stunt
Personally, I usually like the oddball, out-there minifigure face designs, they have more character; all my favourite minifigure faces come from the late-90s to mid-00s. But even I think some of those are a bit too much!

I have the 75913 and it’s one of my favorite SC sets of all time. Possibly one of my favorite LEGO sets of all time. I keep hoping they revisit it with the updated scale, or ANY cool transport truck that isn’t “Cityfied” in the modern aesthetic. Yes it would be super pricey. What isn’t?

I didn't realize they were doing stickers on Minifigs in 2009?
@eth6113:
There have been a few post-Y2K instances of stickered minifigs. Soccer sets let you pick teams, the Space Skulls and Star Justice sets from Factory got stickered torsos because they weren’t making exclusive prints for Factory sets, and there was some sort of GWP based on travel that gave you a massive sheet of various stickers to pick a design from. I think there has also been at least one birthday-related set that let you pick a design using stickers.
I have the previous Ferrari truck set 8654 and it looks like total cr @p now due to the stupid peeling and cracking stickers. Such a nice set too. So sad!
