Actually the handlebars are the axles. The telephones are meant to be mirrors.
Interesting this has a kind of Shelby stripe going for it.

Oops! but still, how can I see behind me using a telephone? and how can I grip a Technic axle.
I like this one. It looks good and the fairing is done well. Yet it still has that old Creator charm in is simplicity. You know it can be built into different things just by looking at it because of the useful parts on display.
@MCLegoboy: Ooooh....That's why I saw Flame-skull headed guy, shaking his fists; and yelling "GET BACK HERE!!!"...sounded like Nicolas Cage too...:D

"shower thought: Mazda should make motorcycles."
With a rotary engine then? I like that idea....
With this bike, it's easier than ever before to make a call while riding the streets.
Ironically comes with no actual rider
This was my very first Lego set, I got it before I even liked lego.

Switch to the front-facing “selfie” camera.
Those car tires XD
The exposed studs.
I only ever built this as the 'chopper' version, but I thought using the 'wedge-belt wheels' for brake discs for the motorcycles and the front wheels for the dragster model was fairly clever.
Love the use of the telephones as mirrors.
