By in United States,

I loved the Cars theme, and this is one of my favorites. SO much better than the Juniors Cars 3 versions of Luigi and Guido

Yeah, the cars that came out recently seem so much more Juniorized. I collected a few of them. They're the wrong size to add minifig drivers, but I thought they were kind of cute.

By in Netherlands,

I actually have this set!!! I loved the Cars theme, but I think the Cars 3 Juniors isn't that bad... Pretty much any Pixar themed Lego is awesome! Does anybody know what the new Lego Incredibles 2 sets look like?

I still regret not buying the good Cars sets when I had the chance.
@LEGOBratwurst I've heard rumours, I think brickshow.com has something on it if you scroll through a few pages
EDIT: I'm not seeing anything but it looks like a videogame's on the way.

I own both Random sets, maybe you should do a prize for the last person to have all of them in a few weeks... I have most of the Cars sets and although the last lot we Junior I quite enjoyed the fact that there were no Stickers.... not that there were in the original but almost every other set has them nowadays. And I remembered yesterday how the Darts' nose spun...... first thing I thought yesterday was nowadays that would be a technic axle not pin.

^^ The code automatically retires articles posted by 'huwbot' when another of the same category is posted.

I think that's desirable in this case, we don't want loads of them on the home page.

You can still view them in the archive: https://brickset.com/news/category-Random-set

It is a fantastic set!! Two cars from Cars and less tan 10 euro!! The new Junior Lego Cars have similar prices, but it is not the same...

By in United States,

I respectfully disagree with the comments about the old Cars sets being better than the new Juniors line. I have nearly all the sets from both lines and regularly display the cars at shows in my Radiator Springs MOC. In my opinion, you can't tell a difference between the two lines. Mater and McQueen are virtually identical in the two lines. I prefer the old Luigi (modified to remove his headset) but like the new Guido. I love that both lines were made with different characters so that nearly everyone from the Radiator Springs is included. I'm just thrilled to have them all!

Without the car-based stuff, this would probably work for ninjago/ninjago movie layouts. Very nice!

I love the use of frying pans as headphones in this set. That's just clever.

Ah, I remember building this set! I think I skipped right to the cars and never really cared about the scenery. I still have the cars built but the rest of the set probably made its way to the parts bin.

The charecter I prefered from cars never got made in LEGO: Hudson Hornet. Really a shame!
