This is LEGO set 70644 - Golden Dragon Master from the LEGO Ninjago theme with 92 pieces, which came out in 2018.

The build is a lot of fun and there're no stickers to worry about. This set also includes 1 minifigure (Wu) and a dragon flyer. The build of the set is simple, but effective. And so is the feature: If you pull the rip-cord out, the flyer takes off. The minifigure fits inside the capsule of this flyer very well, too.
