Is that a... belly top?
Overall Rating
The Tiefling Sorcerer is a vibrant minifig in the D&D CMF series. Its distinctive design and excellent playability make it really worthwhile getting, and LEGO have blown it out of the park with this character's accessories.Building Experience: 3
I don't really have anything to say here - it's a minifig...Parts: 4
The parts included are quite good. The Tiefling Sorcerer features a dual-molded hairpiece with dark orange horns, which is an interesting and appealing element. However, the tail piece, which isn't printed around the waist, can look a bit like a belly top, which looks quite odd with the male face, since I don't think that's the style amongst Tieflings or sorcerers. This can be done (I'm not sure whether it's dual moulding or printing), for example, in the series 13 Unicorn Girl. However, the stand-out part to me- which is, in my opinion, the second best part in this series (after the Dragonborn Paladin's breastplate)- is what I think is a pseudodragon rather than a baby dragon. The detailed creature is perfect with this minifigure and is a great addition to my collection. The magic missile piece is also extremely cool and looks great with the purple clothes worn by the Tiefling.Playability: 5
As a D&D minifigure, this is made for playability. Its robust design and the magical accessories included make it perfect for playing with and putting in MOCs or Dungeons & Dragons adventures.Value for Money: 5
At its price point, the Tiefling Sorcerer offers excellent value. The unique parts and the overall quality of the minifigure more than justify the cost, making it a worthwhile purchase for anyone who likes LEGO or D&D.Thanks so much for taking the time to read this review!
