Provide supervised care and age-appropriate activities for children ages 6 weeks to 7 years in a safe, positive Child Watch setting. Work part-time with flexible scheduling; Y provides paid training and membership benefits. No formal experience required.

Assist the Sports Director and Coordinator with daily customer service, program coordination, marketing materials, and youth coaching. Engage with participants, parents, and YMCA members while developing communication and soft skills. Commit 10–20 hours/week for 14–16 weeks.

Support the Childcare Director in daily operations, staff management, enrollment, compliance with Wisconsin licensing, curriculum development, safety, budget monitoring, and community engagement to deliver a developmentally appropriate YMCA childcare program.
