Teams at Vertafore

Implements and configures Vertafore products for clients, including data conversions, integrations, reports, customizations, and Web API solutions. Provides technical recommendations aligned with customer objectives, configures web services and product environments, demonstrates technical components, and collaborates with Support, Account Management, Professional Services, and Product Management. The role requires strong database, SQL, JavaScript, jQuery, ETL, web configuration, communication, and customer-facing technical skills.

Leads the design, development, deployment, and technical direction of scalable full-stack web applications using React, Java, Oracle, and related technologies. Owns the software lifecycle, translates business requirements into technical solutions, conducts code reviews, optimizes performance and security, and mentors developers. Collaborates with UX, QA, product, and engineering teams while architecting enterprise applications, REST APIs, microservices, database integrations, and messaging systems.

Provides inbound customer support for Vertafore software through calls, chats, emails, and cases. Resolves basic product, system, and software issues, documents solutions, educates customers on self-service, identifies problem trends, coordinates resolution with internal teams, and assists peers. The role requires learning troubleshooting across software, networks, databases, and operating systems in an office-based environment.
