It was a mix feeling. But at the end I would give CAA 4stars out of 5 and specials for Dylan Shanmugadhasan 5 stars. I have a CAA battery for about 3years. On Oct 20th early morning battery all of sudden die. Called CAA and within 30minutes service car arrived and boosted my car. We didn’t miss our event. Good job CAA. Just because the battery has 6 years warranty I asked a replacement of battery, at the beginning Member relationship department denied my request saying the battery indeed in good condition, I should fully charge my battery etc. I expressed my disappointment as a loyal member (over 10 years) BAD EXPERIENCE. And then got phone Call & email from Dylan he told me that now he is in charge of my case. He is nice and very knowledgeable. We chatted through emails And then he offered me a replacements which is fulfilling my request and also arranged an appointment based on my schedule. Oct 31st all done. I am satisfied. Good ending Fred

We bought a CAA Easy insurance policy for our car. Easy Insurance ended the tie up with CAA in a year. When we went to another broker, we got a feedback that insurance is not reflected against my wifes name, despite the policy and car being in her name and she being a designated driver. Post that both CAA and Easy insurance have been passing the buck and telling us to call the other party. Easy insurance is nearly impossible to reach. This is impacting our cost of auto Insurance, as our renewal is due and these guys are sending us on a wild goose chase for giving us our experience letters. Plan to sue both easy and CAA for the incremental insurance cost borne because of their mess ups.

I'm a newcomer to Canada and needed to familiarize myself with the health system as well, but our family had different insurance products in other countries. That might be a part of the problem. I tried to discover different products and figured out what we needed here. I have a few calls from a broker and probably from a person. After the first call, I felt I was treated like a scammer, but get the quote in sms (odd communication channel, imo). So I forgot about it, but later they called me again, and everything went well, but again the same feeling that I wanted to fool them. and again, we agree on a Zoom call, but no-one contacts me. Finally I bought insurance from a local broker
