It was my first time online shopping…

It was my first time online shopping experience from Cavani boutique, the sistem was quite good and easy, , had a question , got an immediate answer.
Delivered on time, very good packaging, and small gifts, thank you so much.

I've never been so pleased with any…

I've never been so pleased with any customer service and any beauty shop. I've ordered from them twice, to Germany. The delivery takes a little bit of time naturally, but I was so satisfied with my first purchase that I prefer to pay more in shipping fees and wait a little longer, rather than buying from the shops I usually buy from in Germany.

Have not gotten the perfume even though…

Have not gotten the perfume even though i’ve waited for over a week and stayed at home to wait for the product. Did not even receive a call or ring from my door bell and got an email saying the product is not able to be delivered. Disappointed.

Edit: I got an email saying that the product will be delivered today so I waited at home until I receive a message saying the product is unable to be delivered. Then I waited for another few hours for the email to let me know that the item is left at a collection point. I then had to travel for half an hour to reach the collection point to collect the product.

Good afternoon as per forwarder confirmation you got the product today. Delivered from my company on 17/1 and arrived in 3 working days. The packaging was damaged

The packaging was damaged, luckily it was a gift to myself, so I didn't mind much. The product itself is good as always. Will order again but the packaging needs to improve
