Having previously used the services of eXp Realty of NYC in the purchase and subsequent resale of my Father in Law’s flat, some three years later. They couldn’t have been more helpful and proactive. So when we decided to review any downsizing options, their help and honest evaluation of our situation helped us to come to the conclusion that, for the foreseeable future at least, we were better placed where we currently live. However we would certainly use their services again should we need them.
