I have been with Dan in The Plan since 2020, several of The Plans courses use Bitsgap. The software is excellent and the unique features that have been added to provide even more functionality to the courses is beyond great. It is so good to have the software operate the way it does and as much as I have used support only a couple times the staff has been great. Thanks Max for making it all happen.

GRID and DCA are easy to start. Took me some time to understand ranges, but after that it was fine.

Been using it for a few weeks. I run small grid bots on spot. Nothing crazy, but it works and I like the interface

I'm not an expert in crypto. Bitsgap made it easier to start with bots. The tutorials and screenshots helped a lot

Have been testing in real bitsgap.com for over 10 days.
in demo account there are amazing profits.
in the real account, following the same settings of the demo account you will face losses while the demo account is still in massive profits.
after checking the API with bybit, and bitsgap settings, something is not good.
I set the stop loss, maximum loss in bitsgap, but in bybit bit those settings are not reflecting the settings.
so, if you put the SL in Bitsgap is not working in Bybit, either the max loss capped to 120 = the bots are loosing more.
with a brand new sub account in bybit, I have a win rate of 84 and 92%, but the losses overlap the entries.
also, when I set up the reinvestment option, the reinvestment option must be based on the wins of the bot.

So, what we do with the money lost? my dear BITSGAP!
I already sent an email to support showing the lack of synchronisation between the two platforms: BITSGAP and BYBIT API, where no STOP loss or TAKE Profits are sync.

I don't use bots much, but the terminal is good. All my exchanges in one place, that's the main reason I keep using it.

The app feels simple and stable. I connected my exchange without much trouble. Would be nice if mobile had more options, but overall good.

I like the demo mode. I could test a grid bot before putting real money. Helped me understand what I was doing.

ease to use, clean screen, bots are not hard to understand. I'm still learning but I like it.

I started using Bitsgap last month. Setup was easy and support helped me when I got stuck with API keys. So far no problems.

Not only is the Bitsgap software the best value in the industry, their support staff is 2nd to none. All of their agents are extremely knowledgeable, but none more so than Marx. It's as if he's one of the software programmers since he knows the intricacies of how all the bots work. And with that knowledge effectively communicated to customers, I'm able to make more money!

I really can recommand the support service, especially Mr. Marx. He is very competent and helped me a lot with my understandings in using the platform!

Chatted with Nataliya from support and she was super helpful. She explained things in a way that actually made sense, without overcomplicating anything. I started small just to get comfortable, and if everything keeps running like this, I'll probably add more funds on Bitsgap later on.

One of the best crypto trading platforms I've ever used. Various types of bots correspond to different trends. Now and then, I go check the statistics to keep track of the Total PNL, but not having to sit in front of the computer and manually change levels frees up a ton of time. BTW, interaction with your CS Team is top-notch. I always feel valued and heard. One little nuance that'd make me happy is to support DEX exchanges, please <3

The attention and help of bitsgap was fast and excellent!! The problem was solved

Gone into minus, lost money. The absence of a large number of users is an indicator. It trades on questionable strategies, outdated and frankly "junk" found online (network strategy), is underwhelming. It seems to earn not on trade but on subscriptions.

I have been using Bitsgap for over 4 years running numerous strategies at high volumes. The system works very well, and had no issues with the software. the features are great and I use it withe tutorials from The Plan. Sometimes, I have some user quetsions or I dont understand certain things, and reach out to customer service. It's mor elike a helpdek for me on what to do :-) They ALWAYS reply within 24 hours with detailed and very valuable answers. So, I have a grea experience with Bitsgap PLUS I am making god money using it !!!!

I have been using Bitsgap for a while now and besides some issues with the market-order or Stop-Limit Orders there is literally nothing to complain about. Once you are familiar with the platform, you will never want to switch again. The API connection has been stable despite the overall market volatility. I would be more than happy to use the interface also for tokenized Stock or Bond-Trading!
Pricing is fair but better to purchase a plan during Black week or later in December, where you can get up to 50% off.
Regarding the customer Support I can only add to the positive remarks: Bitsgap is fast to respond and very customer-oriented whether I had some serious issues with the renewal of my Advanced Plan or regarding my questions with regards to the Mini-Crash earlier this year when the market Was down 15-50 % depending on the Coin/token.

I was served by Marx in 1 of my email to seek assistance in my annunal subscription. Marx replied promptly, with very good energy and service quality, and resolved my problem so quickly. I am also a user of Bitsgap for 4 years now and it has certainly helped me much in Grid botting. I don't use other bots so I cannot comment on them. While the crypto scene is looming and very bearish, I continued to sign up for their annual subcription during the recent 50% off Black Friday sales. For my experience which may be isolated to me, but Marx definitely impressed me and made me feel that Bitsgap truly value their customers and has good service beyond good tech.
