Clare has been absolutely amazing in helping us sort admin and choosing furnishings!!! Our first time purchasing a new build home has been completely effortless thanks to the patience and kindness of the Astley Place team, we are so excited to move back to Newmarket!!!

Ref Edmundham Development, Ashley Place, Newmarket.
Having just purchased a new house on this development I would like to comment how welcoming and helpful Clare Canning has been from the onset of visiting the site for the first time to completing the purchase.
Nothing has been too much trouble for her and all questions about my purchase have been explained explicitly. Clare has shown me around the site to look at houses and explained the quality features of the building. Clare’s knowledge and keenness to help has been fantastic. Edmundham are very fortunate to have such a professional person working for them.
Clare has made purchasing a new home a really nice experience.

Clare

Clare, Sales Executive, at Astley Place was very welcoming, very professional and helpful. We visited a couple of times and were shown round the new estate, she gave us some great advice about the houses and when I rang she was always happy to talk. Sadly we didn’t end up buying from her but I’m sure with her knowledge and experience the houses will sell quickly. Thanks again Clare!

Many thanks Clare for all your help...

We have been interested in Astley Place for a while and Clare took a lot of time out of her day on last Bank Holiday Monday to show us the 5-bedroom houses in great detail...she was hugely knowledgeable and very supportive throughout the whole process.

She will certainly make the development a success and ease the "trauma" of a house move or purchase for all her customers.

So far brilliant

We have been considering Astley Place in Newmarket since it first appeared. Since meeting Clare Canning what started as just a casual curiosity has bloomed into an official reservation on our next home as of today. Throughout Clare has been utterly amazing supplying us with as much information as she can, answering our questions, and showing us the site. Which house should we choose......

Having looked at several housing developments in our quest to find a new home, both my wife and myself were very pleased to find Astley Place. It met all our lifestyle criteria for finding a new home and the properties are being built to a high specification.
The process of deciding which house would be best for us and the location on the site was sympathetically and professionally managed by Clare. It made the whole experience less daunting.

Fordham road newmarket.

Since we first made enquiries regarding the new build properties in Newmarket Clare Canning has been able to answer our questions promptly and professionally. Everyone on the launch day was helpful and knowledgeable , the service given was the best we have been afforded in our search for our new home. Clare has arranged two viewings for us to view our build so far, interrupting site managers etc but this has been done in a friendly approachable way without any hesitation or negativity. We would definitely recommend visiting this site and viewing the lovely homes being built.
