Some time back I moved a number of my other domains to Hawk Host and I could not be more impressed or say enough good about them. Not only is the hosting top notch but their support is intelligent, knowledgeable and responsive. Instead of getting someone reading from a script you get someone who KNOWS what they are talking about. Never once have I gotten the dreaded "Have you power cycled your modem?" kind of response (I'm sure you've been there ;-D ). A number of times I had to read up on something in their responses and this is a GOOD thing! It means I am learning. All too often in the past with other hosting companies I knew more than their support and that is a SCARY thought indeed! Several times now they have bent over backwards to help me solve an issue and never once told me to "Go Fish." In addition they have never tried to upsell me using the bots as leverage. Their security is another thing. They are on top of zero day threats and keep everything up to the latest stable secure patch level. They actually know how to use Imunify360 and already block a number of the worst of the worst. When I moved to them I noticed a marked decrease in unwanted and abusive traffic.

I got a prompt solution, along with an explanation of how it happened. In chat, within minutes.

They helped me out on an issue this morning within minutes.

Other times I’ve opened a ticket in the past, same thing. Response came within minutes.

Hawkhost is a great company to work with. They’re very responsive and will go above and beyond to help you. We took them for a test drive and then consolidated our websites from three of the bigger hosting companies bringing everything over to hawkhost because those other companies just kept going downhill in their services - probably because they started outsourcing overseas, another one was sold and got worse. So, moving to hawkhost was a no brainer.
