AVOID! I wish I had checked reviews first. As others have said, the company draws you in by misleadingly stating it only delivers within UK, but they are based in Hong Kong, rendering returns uneconomical and impractical. They ignored my cancellation request and the item arrived. It is flimsy and not fit for purpose. I am disputing the transaction.

They are the only toy that has lasted longer than a few days plus it keeps them active when playing with this outside.
Good delivery service.

This company makes out it is in UK but is actually based in China. The items are extremely bad quality and not what they look like online. Infact they are not fit for purpose and dangerous for a dog to play with.
Returns are impossible as you have to pay to send to China and fill out Customs forms.

Quick service and delivery.. the cat litter box with pull out tray is off good quality and the cats love it! Easy to clean

Advertise as UK online shop when they're not. Purchased a cat brush that showed video depicting how it works only to discover it's complete rubbish and that the company is Chinese which they don't advertise anywhere on their website. You only find out after they offer you a miniscule discount to keep an item that's useless or send it back to a Chinese address which costs more than the item. I also left feedback on the item page but unsurprisingly they didn't publish it because it was negative. STEER clear of this business.

Another fake company from Hong Kong tricking people into buying products claiming to be from the UK - AVOID at all cost. Products take ages to be delivered and you have no chance or receiving a refund.

The product I got would have been perfect but it’s extremely loud which isn’t encouraging for my cat

Absolutely rubbish company and product. Bought a cat water fountain it didn’t work , no spray and leaks. Customer service was diabolical still waiting for my money back and a prepaid label so I can give this rubbish back to them. Slow delivery, slow customer communication and just want to hold onto my money. Will be taking further action today or tomorrow

Absolutely dreadful company. It purports to be from the UK. It is NOT! THIS IS FRAUDULENT! After waiting over 20 days for the item to arrive, company says it arrived on 27/8/26. I has NEVER arrived.
I have been asking for a full refund for over a week. They keep fobbing me off. They have stolen my money.
Stay away from this company if you don't want to be ripped off!!!!!!!

Prompt and efficient service with a very good product.

The Chasemate is great entertainment for my cat as it zips about the floor, sometimes stopping unexpectedly then starting again. It is well constructed to withstand cat claws and teeth. Very good value for money.

Absolutely rubbish product . Smells vile and now I can’t get a refund without sending the product back to China, which costs double what the item cost
Bought after seeing their post on Instagram, won’t get sucked in again to buying substandard products on Instagram

Cheap nasty rubbish. Took ages for delivery svd when one of the toys broke they wouldn’t give me a refund because I didn’t have pictures of it.
About at all costs. Utter rubbish.

Given recent reviews I was expecting a poor product and service and willing to write off my purchase but not the case. Slow ish delivery but a holding email apologising for delay. Great item, cat loved it!
