Ordered a bunch of gluten free crackers as they were on sale. They arrived with expiry dates within the next 2 - 4 weeks which was disappointing considering they are crackers and you'd expect a few months of shelf life. I emailed Healthy Planet but it's been a week and no response.
Delivery was quick and package was in good shape.

I'm happy with how fast Happy Planet delivered my order; they have fast delivery, which I'm assuming is one way to compete with Amazon (I generally receive my products the next business day or within 2 business days, depending on the time of day I order). The items were packaged properly and I was provided with a tracking number. I find their items a bit pricier than other retailers, so I look out for deals when I buy.

The amount of time it took my package to arrived could be improved ..at one time it came within 2-3 days as I remember, this time it took a good week..otherwise all good..maybe the person taking orders could speak louder increasing clarity.. offer more sales on prostate perform product..it’s getting very expensive..my concern is overpricing..

This is the third or 4th time I've ordered from Healthy Planet online, been in their store many times also. I always price compare across several sites, since I use a lot of nutritional products. Healthy Planet saves me a lot of money with large "economy" sizes, and frequent reductions on the things I use. The website's easy to use, and my order arrived very quickly.

When you have discount deals on products I need to buy , especially Vits .
Also Cx service was kind and thoughtful allowing me to be able take advantage of a discount that I didn't know had expired the day before. I had already added items to my cart the day it was on sale .

Website can be a bit slow when it comes to loading product pages but otherwise an amazingly extensive inventory with easy checkout and fast delivery. Products close to expiration are discounted, which is nice, but sometimes they have gone bad. I wonder if someone can sample one of them before listing them for sale, as this can pose a health issue if they are spoiled.

Complete satisfaction.
Ordered on a Monday and received it by Friday and where the item was to be kept cold, it came with an ice-pack that remained cool when I received it on Friday. The packing of this item was excellent and separated from my other purchase in the same order.
