I ordered a water bottle for my dog £20 they sent me the cheap £11 water bottle. The one I ordered has a switch to hold the water and to release the water.
Never buying anything from this scam of a company again. If I wanted the cheap £11 version that doesn't have the switch to hold and release the water I would have ordered the cheap crap.

Do not trust Joom's delivery estimates. I ordered a cosplay suit specifically for my son's birthday, as the order guaranteed delivery between September 15th and 18th.
After waiting past the deadline with no updates, I had to contact them myself on September 22nd. Only then was I informed that the new delivery date is October 12th. Pushing a delivery back by almost a month without proactive notification is completely unacceptable. Now my son doesn't have his present for his birthday. Extremely disappointing customer service and deceptive shipping timelines.

If the delivered shoes are too small, we in Europe expect to be able to return the shoes for a different size, if the shoe does not fit. However this is not possible at all. I recommend to everyone NEVER to buy shoes or clothing here.

I ordered what I thought were a pair of Nike football astro turf trainers after doing a google search. Very few websites had my size. Once it arrived I realised it was fake and too small. They've told me I need to send it back to China now to get my refund.

So I'm stuck with fake trainers from China as it's too expensive to send them back. I've been caught in the scam loop.

Scammers and thieves. Do not use them avoid at all cost.

The product arrived in three weeks instead of the advertised 4-5 days. The box was damaged and dented in several places. Customer service responded that the purpose of the packaging is to protect the product, and if the product itself isn't damaged, then that's just how it is.

It was meant to be a gift, but the product box is unusable. The item I received wasn't even the advertised brand, but something else entirely. I do not recommend this seller.

They happy to take your money but make it impossible to get a refund.
Crap experience.

Made the mistake of purchasing a needoh advent calendar - to find out upon delivery it’s a fake! Poor quality wrapping, packaging smells awful, blurry and poor print quality, logo is wrong and misspelt the word ‘advent’- ‘adyent’! No schylling logo either!! Stay away! And I am not going to even try opening this product. And its target audience is children! What are we doing to ourselves there is no way this is going to my child!
What has happened to all the safety regulations in this world we are just poisoning our world!! How do I get my money back on this??

So far , not even close to even Temu …. I tried to see if it was possibly some smaller things I could use . But No . I bought for my two small size aquariums , two small circulation pumps . They went directly into the trash when I got them. One with a socket that wasn’t even grounded , and the plastic parts were probably the cheapest 3D printed thing ever. Did not fit . Which I mean , the pump parts didn’t stick together. The other one was as bad as it gets too , a box full of not even finished parts . There’s no real description or technical information on the products or in the boxes either . Nothing !!

Absolutely shocking company, avoid at all costs. I ordered two Large T shirts and when they arrived they were the equivalent of UK Small or even XS. Also words were spelt wrong on the T Shirt. I requested a refund and was offered 25%. When I didn't accept this I then received an email saying Refund denied. They are completely incompetent, con artist company and if I could have given 0 stars I would have. Avoid at all costs.

Definitely a good quality product.
The water pressure is great and it is very focused so it doesn't cover a wide area.
Already comes with filters but not a hoes so check if you need to buy that too.

Stay away.
The shoes i got was too small for me.
I always use 39. But these was probably a 38. But they told me that the seize was correct.
They made me send a lot of pictures with measuring tape. We had a diskusjon going on for several days. They asked for different pictures from all kinds of positions of the shoes. With soles out an so on..,
They probably thought i would give up.
After i had done all what they asked for, they still ended up with rejecting my claime. I had to pay the return fee.
And they could NOT send me a pair in size 40 without me paying for freight..again for a new pair.
Bad Company.

I was charged for an item I never received. Never got an order number and no way to get through to customer service. This company is pure scammers. Do not give them your money.

A lot of communications and wrong delivery. Took a few people to finally refund the money. Received wrong item, and it’s a very strange prosess to get solution to. I will not use Joom again.

I ordered a T-shirt from join told it would arrive by the 15 of September. Did. Excellent customer service. I would have no problem recommending this service

The platform is easy to use, especially the AI assisted interface that allows the users to use their own languages to search. The delivery updates were very thoughtful.
