Return Logistics Nightmare
I've ordered a treadmill in May and after many very nicely worded mails describing the delivery problems I received the order in July. It's a lovely product, but too loud for my flat. So far so good, did not work out, ok. I'll send it back. And now the farce begins anew. It's September now, there was so much back and forth of nice costumer service massages asking for patience and what not. For nearly two months now I am trying to get this product returned and the company just does not manage to organize a delivery date that FedEx will actually show up for. What is going on here?? And no word on the return of the money already paid.
It is absolutely frustrating and I can not recommend buying anything from Moov. They do not have their logistics together and I am soon half a year in trying to work this one order out.

A great treadmill
A great treadmill, it's sturdy and as silent as a treadmill can be. It's great for the times I'm too lazy to go outside... I just hop on and walk a few thousand steps at a time. Perfect to achieve my step goals of the day :)

Delayed by 3-4 weeks, no responses from company
6 updates on unclear delivery dates plus one clearly stating shipment on specific dates - but this didn’t happen either. No response after 3 emails asking for new shipment dates as it’s the holiday season and it’s been delayed for 3 weeks now. Not very trustworthy. Will give them another 4 weeks to deliver, else will need to find ways to get a refund which probably is going to be another painful experience.

Nice equipment
While communication around the delay of the running pad and its delivery were far from apologetic, I must admit that after the mistake on moov’s side, the communication has become clear and personal.
I have had the luck of receiving my running pad just a couple of days past due date due to another batch found in stock. I can imagine though that others are still annoyed by the delay and late communication thereby.
Yet, after a difficult start with delivery struggles, I have been able to try out my Moov running pad and I must say it has been great so far.
The installation is very easy, the display is very intuitive, walking and running feels very sturdy and the noise isn’t too bad in my opinion. The pad is quite heavy and larger than I expected, but the wheels definitely make it easier to put away. I’m excited to add some steps to my day!

They don't communicate on the website that you need a grounded socket to use the product. You learn about this when you read the instruction.
It's misleading and no action is taken when you address this and want to return your order for this reason.

Perfect for getting your steps while working
As a software engineer with a small home office area, getting my steps in used to feel impossible. I'd end most days feeling stiff and sluggish. My new moovv has honestly changed all that.
I now just walk at a nice pace during my daily stand-ups and less intense meetings. It's so quiet that my colleagues have no idea I'm even moving.
The best part, though, is how compact it is. The fact that it just folds down and disappears under my desk when I'm done is amazing. If you work from home and are sick of being stuck in a chair all day, I genuinely can't recommend this enough. It's been fantastic.

Poor quality - short shelf life
After using the machine a few times only /purchased mid June, wasn’t using for 2 months due to travel/ the belt started to jerk and wasn’t possible to use it due to safety concerns. Customer service takes 2 business days /my machine’s issue started on Friday afternoon/ to get back to you and their phone number is not reachable. Disappointing.
