ok for downloading music, it's quite good in that respect so you can fill up your music folder. But the files are not 320kbps as claimed. 128kbps at best.

1 Star for customer support/LACK THER OF. Had been using MuConvert for Audible and it was working great and as advertised, until one day I get a windows error "DWrite.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error". Tried uninstalling/reinstalling with the same outcome. Screen shot the error and sent to "customer support" and got "we've received your issue and will reply" said reply was "you issue is fixed please leave a positive review, thank you". Yeah that's not happening cause MY ISSUE WAS NEVER RESOLVED!!! I'm hoping this will kick MyConvert in the but to FIX IT!!!

6 months ago I tested free version of Muconvert for Audible and it was working. So I bought a license for one year and surprise! it doesn't work... I have a "corrupted file" error. I never got any answer from support despite 2 resquets..
Edit 12/02: as they've asked, I send us more details the 06/02 but I never have any answer to my problem.

My initial experience with this firm was awful. The software was not working. And any attempt to contact "support" department was a bad joke. They sent you the standard text "please describe your problem". If you describe it 10 times - they asked you again the same question.
UPD (2024). Finally the company was able to solve all the bugs in this software so it is working now properly.

It does exactly as advertised, Works well on a fast PC , Only reason I gave them 4 stars is the license renewal company Digital River some how forgot to renew my license and I had to wait a couple of days for them to sort out there mess , During this time I was contacted by the MuConvert twice to follow up to see if the my problem was resolved.
Muconvert's customer support was excellent, Digital River’s customer support was second rate compared to them.
