Father and Son Time

I subscribed to Simple Fishing for my six year old son. He loves fishing and it’s tons of fun when our monthly box comes and so can teach him about the different products and we can plan out where we’ll use each new item. Hopefully he will develop a life long love of the outdoors but, at worst, he’ll have these memories of being young and spending time with his dad.

Simple fishing

Very well organized. Impressed with the communication very quick and helpful. I had an issue with one boxes but was delt with and fixed very fast and professional. I would recommend this product/mystery box to anyone who loves fishing it gives you chances to try new products that may never heard or seen before let's u try different things. And from my experience so far so good

Good Stuff

Fantastic service, nice to have an alternative to MTB in Canada. Have been subbed for two months now, great selection of quality lures in each box I've received! I can't wait to try out this month's selection (June) at the Bass season opener this weekend!

I purchased a three month subscription…

I purchased a three month subscription as a Christmas present! The lures were awesome and more then what we expected.
I forgot it auto renews the subscription itself, with a quick email they reversed the charges and everything was sorted out no questions asked!
Will be order again down the road!!

Great way to step up your fishing game!

I am currently halfway through my first yearly subscription and could not be happier with my purchase. Not only is it increasing the options in my tackle box its allowing me to try out a bunch of different tackle and find out what suits my style of fishing and region I fish. Going forward this will allow me to dial in what tackle I spend my money on. Its also saving me a ton of money, not only in the value they list but the fact that small tackle shops in my area are very overpriced and i always end up buying more than i need once i am in there. Love supporting a Canadian company and will continue to!

Customer Service is outstanding!

Plagued with a medical challenge, I found my self needing to cancel my subscription.
Scott was more than helpful in assisting, only requesting I consider again if my situation changed.

Great to see a person respond promptly and not be sucked in to a black hole of corporate greed.

Refreshing to do business with and will definitely see me re-subscribing in the very near future.

Amazing company and products!

I have never dealt with a company with customer service that is this amazing. Not only is their product high quality and well priced (both the rlm and baits from their online store), transactions are simple, and everything gets to my door step on time! Recently purchased some baits from their online store, got to me in a but over a week and had some extra goodies inside!

Amazing, prompt customer service

My first experience with simple fishing has been a great one. I placed my order for the aggressive box today, only to realize there was a discount code for your first order, afterwards. I inquired about it and asked if it was at all possible to use it still or use it next time. Within an hour not only had they responded to my Facebook post, but they had refunded me back the difference the promo would have made and sent me an email. Very impressed and can't wait to get my first box!

Excellent Service

As I am about to recieve my 4th package from Simple Fishing my daughter was asking when the next one arrives. She loves the surprise that come in the mail box and now she is creating a stock set of lures for herself to use once we get out to fish this year. It's a monthly reminder to her of the awesome times she had last year about going out with her friend on the dock and just chatting, or losing 6 of dad's lures on the next trip or even the fish her friend caught that was just as exciting to her as if it was her own. Simple Fishing is a monthly reminder of the great memories had and the new ones that are to come!

Awesome to work with!

I have really enjoyed signing up with Simple Fishing's lure of the month club. I signed up two family members as a Christmas gift. I had some questions before signing up and when I emailed the website I got a response almost immediately. The responses were friendly, helpful and ensured that I was given quality service. When I had a minor concern about my purchase, I was responded to immediately and the concern was addressed and now I have no concerns. Great Canadian company, you can tell that they are there for their customers.

Great value for the price.

I would like to see more mainstream brand lures offered, as many adverts depict in their pictures. To date, I have not received such a thing. This is not to say that the lures I did receive were sub par - I enjoy experimenting with different product - but once in a while, getting a new Rapala Shad Rap (as an example) would be cool 😁

I love the service, have recommended it to others and will continue enjoying the lures each month!!

Great company, great service!

I have been a member of rlm for a year now, upgraded to the aggressive as soon as it was available! Awesome plan, fantastic service, Scott is always very responsive and actually cares about his customers! You won't find a better company to deal with, quality products and service!

Great company with great products!

Overall pretty darn good for a startup company

Lure selection was good. Customer service is better than most fishing companies. Shipping could have been quicker, got my second boxes a little late in the month. A little more information about the lures would be nice. Maybe online videos on how to rig and use them would be amazing. But overall good work.
