PoleActive is hands down the best place to buy pole wear from in the US. They carry the absolute best brands from all over the world. Shipping is always prompt and items are shipped out fast, so you're not waiting too long for your gear to be delivered. I've ordered countless items, and have been shopping with PA for the last 7 years! I have never had a bad experience, and I find myself coming back time and time again.

Everything fit true to size and was great quality! Packaging was also fantastic and super cute!! The garments were received individually packaged, clean and very quickly! I am very happy with my purchases and ready to put them on and jump into my pole classes with confidence and style!

Great shipping, limited variety & sizes in stock
Pole Active is great to buy being in the US, since shipping isn't as expensive and neither is return shipping if you have to return something due to size (which happens often with pole wear). However, the selection available is a lot less than some competitors and if you wear a small or medium, good luck finding what you want in your size. Sm & med are almost always sold out in what I want and it never seems to come back in stock as I almost never receive an email that it was restocked despite signing up to be notified.

Pole Active, above all, is owned by exceptional human beings and I am always happy to support this company. Aside from that, they carry such a wide variety of pole clothing. To find all of these options separately would be time consuming and cost quite a bit in shipping. Pole Active is my go to source when I have any sort of pole event coming up that I want to step up my outfit game for! The only thing I have been waiting on to order is my next set of knee pads, because they fly off the site insanely quick (I’m not the only one who loves Pole Active)! ♥️

CXIX Snatched Mesh Pants
Quick delivery and great quality! The packaging was excellent and the quality of the garment was better than expected. The pants are not as sheer as I expected them to be, which I'm okay with. They're sheer enough to have the desired effect without showing too much. The pricing was competitive even after shipping compared to other sites. Thank you!

Great pole studio, great flex classes for every body at every age
I've been a student a Positive Spin for three years, and I have enjoyed and benefited from every class. When I started I had no previous experience in any dance or circus art, and after years of desk jobs I was not at all flexible -- and I was 58 years old. Since then I've made steady progress at pole, and the flexibility classes have made my everyday movements better and easier. If you want to learn pole, or just check out a new workout, I encourage you to try here: everyone is welcome, and everyone can make progress and have fun.

Pleasantly Surprised
The website had very obvious messaging that orders would take a minimum of 30 days to arrive. I appreciate having a warning like that ahead of time so that I know what to expect. Other retailers tend to bury that kind of info. In any case, my shoes shipped very quickly and arrived about a week after I bought them! Great surprise! They arrived very well packaged, not a scratch on them. Will definitely buy from here again.

There is a part on the website that says flat rate USA shipping is $6 but the only option I had was $8 or expedited so I think that just needs to be updated on the website!
Secondly, the item I bought says the model is wearing an 8, but the sizes to order were xs,s,m, etc. again some updates are needed but use your own best judgment! I saw the item I ordered on a woman at a festival and asked her where she got it so I’m excited to see how it looks on me!

LOVE the Cocoa - Silhouette Bodysuit
This bodysuit is cute and I love the adjustable straps. The mesh is thick enough to feel secure but not so thick that it's scratchy or uncomfortable. As always, the entire process was extremely smooth. I am very pleased with the experience and my purchase.

It was easy to shop on pole active and the chat bot was helpful in giving me sizing charts for brands that don't display them. It might be helpful for pole active to ensure that sizing charts are displayed for all their products, as different brands have different size measurements.

I lost my much loved bad kitty shorts unexpectedly and needed new shorts for a show. And these arrived much quicker than anticipated and to my gratitude. The sizing recommendation in the description was accurate, so they fit great! Will shop again!

This was my first time ordering and I browsed pretty much the entire site. They have a great selection and I love that it’s tailored towards athletes. I bought some stuff to see how the shipping time is, quality, etc. The checkout process was simple and painless. All-in-all, great experience so far.

Never received item or response from customer service.
I ordered a twisted movement piece from this website for an event. It wasn't shipped out in time for the event. When I originally reached out for a shipping update, I got no response.
When I asked for a refund a week later, I got an immediate response about how these items were non-refundable.
Almost a month later, my purchase still hasn't been shipped. Nor can I get anyone to respond to my inquires about my order.

I purchased the wrong size on my first order, and immediately contacted customer service. They were very quick and helpful. They helped me to cancel that order and then I placed another one. Shipping was quicker than I thought, and items that I purchased were of great quality.
