One thing for sure.. U guys burn the money but never play in Parimatch.. My Withdrawal is stuck from 01/09/2024. Parimatch saying its successful, i even gave them bank statement, Bank letter of confirmation that no Money has been deposited via UTR provided. Bank said UTR provided by Parimatch is fake. These ppl are scamming us dont play here They only send automated reply that your request is in process Where is my money fuc*** ppl i want that back.

Everytime I ask for my money , they say it already been transferred giving a fake utr no , I checked with my bank like more than 10 times now , no such transaction have been received, i have already sent all the bank statements possible , still no response . My withdrawal limit is 40000 per day.since 3 days i didn't made a singe successful withdrawal.I asked support what happened.once they said I have already used 40000 limit per day wait for 24 hours(which i didn't for last 3 days) once they said payment system not available(At same time same method my friend made sucessful withdrawal), once they said some internal error from their side.All are good until iam losing.once i started winning big they first they kept 40000 limit per day later they reduced odds now this.Give my money i will never play again.Dont use this site guys they are fraud no.1 in india.I don't know how Dinesh Karthik promoted parimatch.

I have faced not one one problem also twice

1st - I was deposited 2000 BDT Through Nagad All Went Successful But Not Credited on Parimatch When I talk to Support they said we are checking,doing,processing like this 3 month Passed its happened in June 19 the last deposit still same on account Declined

2nd - June 19 I think Croatia Vs Albania i took Croatia over 1.5 goal i winn that bet but in My Account its Showing lost when i went to chat they are telling that it will take few time as International matches score update take time and its still in taking time

Okay. So ,
1) Support service - Blackhole. The payments team rules everything. Customer support team is a dummy.
2) Payment withdrawal - Quickest against all competitors in India
3) You cannot win. Loads of AI used to make you lose.

Inshort, since customer service is bad, it's better to work with local players in small values.

Worst platform if you need any support, there is no customer care number, only chat option and agent will reply in 30 minutes as to their copy paste answers that are not relevant to query.
My deposit of ₹1200 and ₹5000 was not decline and money received to parimatch, I contacted them through chat they recognize the payment and promised for refund in 1 business day but I kept on asking for the status for 1 month and still they have time say the same word "team is working on it".
Parimatch only wants money, if you withdraw big amount than after 12 to 15 hours withdraw gets decline and money comes back to wallet so that you play more and loose in the end..
Don't go for parimatch

Hi guys and parimatch
Here is my update of my 8000 deposit after a long time. They made me wait for weeks and customer support motive is keep on making me in loop, they are giving same reply(we havent received funds) and again communication that please wait.
Clearly I sent all proofs
I deposited 5k on 20 July 2024, 23:08 the merchant was aryan international and this money was added.
But funds I deposited on 21 July 2024, 00:10 of amount 8000 was failed, The fact I sent this 8000 to the same aryan international merchant.
This is strong encounter proof to the word saying "We havent 8000 on their end", If not then how they received that 5000 and added deposit.
I think aryan international to whom I deposit 8000 may scammed parimatch we dont know.

PARIMATCH I NEED RESOLUTION FOR THIS
And I dont know why they are lagging this, I think parimatch is cheating us ladies/gentleman.
GENTLE REMAINDER: Stay away from parimatch.
Support is dumb, They act like they are resolved, but nothing happens

Dont play on this site! . I've been playing on this website for many years and all of a sudden one of my bet settles and i take my money out, they instantly put my account on negatives and said the bet settled wrong. How is this my fault?. Avoid this website if you can worst customer support as a customer who's been with the company for many years im truly disappointed.
