This is my second review! and I can't say enough good things about our experience with Charlie Thomas Hood, mortgage and protection advisor at NHMH.

Initially, we were satisfied with our mortgage offer, but after deciding to pay an additional deposit, Charlie found us an even better product with lower interest rates than our previous offer. He promptly amended our mortgage application to secure the improved terms. This level of service and attention exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I would like to comment how professional New Homes mortgage have been in able to get my home - the whole process from mortgage in principle to completion especially not to mention Dean Noble, Darren Arden and Justina Vernon - was exceptional. No beating about the bush - the job was done. I would 110% recommended to use a well furnished team. The name New Home Mortage service is actually not only for new home buyers but you can buy existing homes mortgages aswell :)

I would like to take this opportunity to say a “big thank you” to Darren Arden for his help in assisting me to buy my very first home.

He was helpful at every stage and “set the scene professionally” with his initial contact by sending me a full agenda with his very first contact, so that I was fully aware of what every stage of the process would entail.

Darren covered the whole agenda in detail as we worked through the process together explaining in great detail, so I fully understood what would happen at each stage. He also prepared me and talked me through my best options regarding the actual mortgage.

He is an asset to your company and left “no stone unturned” and was open to answering any points or questions that I asked giving honest answers at all times.

As I was a first time buyer this took away the worry of entering “new territory” and fully eased the worries of buying my first home.

Wow what an exceptional customer experience from NHMH, used their service a few months ago and it was the most easiest process with no issues at all

We found a property on the 18 March and was able to move in on the 12th April

We called New Homes Mortgage Helpline today, Sam our advisor, was very thorough, understanding and made the whole process seem more like a chat with a friend, rather than a painstaking data exchange. He called back within the time frame he said, and he emailed all parties with the information we / they needed so that we can move forward with our purchase.
