Nomador is a good site that has helped us attract house-and-pet sitters to our home to care for our pet and our property during our absences. We recommend it and will surely use it again regularly.

I especially like the diversity of countries & places that are offered as well as being predominately french. One of my favourite sits was in France. Also like that sites & sits are offered in different languages. Just wish that my French was better. Nomador feels more personal and less corporate than other house sitting platforms.

There are no sort criteria so it’s really difficult to sort for those sitters who are available during the requested time slots, or have dog experience, or speak English. Was given a list of over 12,000 potential sitters to slog through. Adjusting our profile page is also challenging, such as removing requested times we need someone if plans change. Website needs improvement though sitters we’ve met have been great!

We love everything except we put in for specific dates for another sit and we get notifications that do not match our sit. The email notifications are a lot, but do not match our saved advert. The stay we just had was fantastic.

Nomador has given us a truly brilliant opportunity to live in a French apartment with an affectionate cat. We loved the chance to get to know a charming local French family who gave us many tips for how to enjoy being tourists in Paris. This honour system is a perfect one for those on a budget.

Daily updates of house sitting opportunities gave us an excellent choice of places. We found using this app that ours and our host’s personal information is protected. The house sitting we chose for summer turned out to be fabulous. We met some lovely people, ( and pets) and explored a new location. Thoroughly recommend Nomador.

The site is simple and reliable. I received many proposals and I found a great sitter (and I suspect that most of those who wrote to me would have been just as great). It's a great way to travel and to leave your home and pets in safe hands. I only had one experience so far and it was brilliant.

Nomandor sends me frequent lists of house sit opportunity’s each day in the locations I am interested in. The photos provided are very helpful in gauging the types of situations I would find enjoyable. I had an excellent experience staying 6 weeks in a lovely home in France this summer and made good friends with the owners who were very kind and helpful.
