The user experience on the nsave app is something I love. No unnecessary distraction. Also, I think their dollar master card feature is a game changer. Hopefully, further updates continues this way

Confirmed deposit not credited for 17 days, no timeline given

I deposited USDC via Solana network into my nsave account 17 days ago. The transaction is 100% confirmed on the blockchain — I've verified this myself using a public blockchain explorer. The funds are sitting safely at the deposit address nsave itself provided, but nsave has still not credited them to my account.

I have contacted support repeatedly via chat and email. I was never given a case or ticket number. Eventually I was told the issue was passed to their "payments team," but they refused to give any timeline for resolution, and then simply merged my support threads without any real progress.

This is not a case of user error — I have on-chain proof the transaction succeeded and the funds are untouched. For a company handling people's money, 17 days with no resolution and no clear timeline is unacceptable. Would not recommend until this is fixed.

Atrocious support combined with extremely poor AI slop engineering

Atrocious support combined with extremely poor AI slop engineering. I sent an ACH transfer from my wise account to my nsave account. The amount has not been credited even after 10+ business days and counting. Support in app, in facebook, in email - has completely ghosted me and is not responding with anything meaningful.

I got really tired of life with my experience with Nsave. I was at rock bottom and my whole life was spiraling out of control before my bare eyes. What would I be saying now had lotus v el not picked my calls and found a way out of this mess??
I had to do something for Nsave to allow me process my withdrawals and for 2 whole weeks, it was nearly impossible. Not only was my rent expiring, I had fees to pay in college and do some other stuff. I felt like I was under a spell or something.

nSave is improving day by day

nSave is improving day by day, which is encouraging, but there is still room for further improvement. One important area is fund transfers: users should be given a clear minimum/maximum expected processing time, and transfers should be completed within that timeframe.
I would also strongly recommend launching a EUR-based Visa or Mastercard that supports contactless payments across the Eurozone. This would make nSave much more practical for everyday spending for customers living in Europe.
Overall, nSave is moving in the right direction, but improving transfer speed and introducing a EUR-based contactless card would significantly enhance the user experience.

The minute my eyes settled on this…

The minute my eyes settled on this spare, uncluttered wooden workstation was when reality hit me like a ton of bricks (I guess that's what happens when life decides to spiral out of control? There’s no point in trying anymore). I'm talking about daily survival; just waiting for the call to evacuate. In fact, it has nothing to do with escape orders – my primary concern is making sure Nsave releases MY hard-earned cash! Three weeks since they put a stop on withdrawals without so much as an explanation? That's outright robbery, pure and simple. I froze essential funds needed for rent in the meantime, only to find support eerily silent. Do you know anyone else who’s encountered this problem or am I just under some kind of curse?

**Very disappointing experience with Nsave**

I’m a freelancer and recently signed up for a new USD account with Nsave. During the account-opening process, I provided all the information and documents requested. At the end, I was told that my account would be reviewed, and after around 15 minutes, the app simply informed me that Nsave could not open my account.

I spent quite some time trying to get in touch with customer support, only to be repeatedly told that they could not provide the exact reason why my application was rejected.

I understand that financial institutions have compliance and risk procedures, and I respect that they may not be able to disclose every detail. However, if there is a specific condition or requirement that I failed to meet, customers should at least be given a meaningful explanation or guidance on how they can address the issue.

Unfortunately, the support experience was equally frustrating. Many of the responses felt generic and AI-generated, rather than actually addressing my questions or situation. This made it even more difficult to understand what went wrong.

There are many other online financial services available, such as Wise and WorldFirst, which currently seem much more transparent and reliable to me.

Overall, this was a very disappointing first experience with Nsave. If customers cannot understand why their application was rejected or how they can potentially resolve the issue, it is difficult to see how Nsave can build trust and attract new customers.

Zero customer support. Don't deliver on promises.

They don't deliver on promises and there's no customer support.
Over 300 days ago I opened an account and applied for a card. Till now I have not received my card details. And there's almost non-existent real customer support. Their AI customer support agent named Savi answers your every question with data from docs.
And the icing on top is that there was a data breach and our data was stolen! What the?! Are you serious?
You can't deliver on your promises, you can't reply to emails, and now you can't keep your customers' data secure?

worst experience i've ever had

Update: they officially scammed me of my swift transfer no more replies and they are ghosting every email i send

worst experience i've ever had

here is why in details : first of all i'm a freelancer i get paid from a company i work everything is legal with contract and each dollar i get paid i have invoice for it so nothing is suspicious
i've had a swift transfer on 14th of august it usually arrive in 2 business days , till this day i have no idea where that transfer is , everyday they say we are connecting you to someone and no answer

now i made a crypto transfer to my wallet it should take minutes/hours it has been more than 72h and also support is ghosting me and everytime they just copy and past same phrase( we are connecting you to someone)

i'm getting paid with my hard earned money and they just steal it like that without even a reason

thnaks to lotusVEl i'm filing a complaint and everything will be sorted till i get my money

just stay away from them and i'll be sharing this experience everywhere

I am really frustrated with their customer support. They keep Ai support there. When you have any problem, you have to talk with that. When it moves the conversation to human, they send update once a day. Don't even care check on the update.

During recent outage I made 2 transaction and that got stuck. There is no valid place to discuss about the problem.

The money now stuck in the system. Customer support not replying me back. They even sent email that everything is resolved. After that when the payment got stuck, atleast they should revert within 24hours. It's been 24hours and there is no update. Please improve the customer support. The Ai not gonna replace the kind words of Human. Replace your CTO & UI/UX team. The whole tech experience is super bad. Stop introducing new stuff when your team cannot handle them!

Funds stuck, and withdrawals keep getting declined

UPDATE: The support didn't reply since the crypto transaction issue started, REALLY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!

I’ve been using nsave to move my PayPal funds to crypto, but this month has been very frustrating.
My PayPal transfer initially failed because of a system issue. Support later fixed it, and the funds appeared in my account.
Since yesterday, however, every crypto withdrawal stays “In Progress” for hours, then either gets declined or the money is returned to my balance and the transaction status remain "In progress".

Support told me the issue was fixed, and transfers should be working normally, but I’m still facing the exact same problem.

Seeing other reviews about users being stuck for days or weeks makes this even more concerning. I simply want reliable access to my own money without entering an endless support loop.

I’ll update this review depending on how the issue is handled.

Just dont use nsave if you care about your money.

Pretty Bad, I wont suggest anyone to create nsave. First of all very poor service customer is the last thing they care about. They just put bots in the name of customer supports. I created an account around 10days ago they still didnt give me the ach details which is like they promised to give in minutes. So i dont find any reason of using nsave. They also increased the charges with their poor quality of services what a nonsense. And lets not talk about holding funds for months. Its pretty common.
