2014 Honda Civic sedan Carbon Fiber Pillar Post covers

Too many times I have ordered carbon fiber pillar post covers from some idiot company in China or Thailand only to receive product that does not fit my U.S. Domestic Model Honda Civic! I was pleasantly surprised I could order this from an American company! Order placed, waiting on arrival.

Easiest exhaust system I have ever…

Easiest exhaust system I have ever installed. Everything was correctly to size for my vehicle and went together flawlessly. Very well built system that I am confident will last the lifetime of my vehicle. Oh, and I must mention, it sounds great. Maybe its me but I also feel that my truck is running much smoother and strongly feel that I notice power gains right from the start. Thanks Borla and Carid.

Cheaper, new, quicker delivery

You guys always come in clutch with parts, price, and delivery. Autozone wanted to charge me $400 for new, other websites were going to deliver 4 days after CARid, and your website is easy to use.

This company sent out the product…

This company sent out the product immediately and has been checking up on delivery and to see if I have received it. I haven't yet at this time being only 2-3 days since order .But will use this company again. !

best Place For Parts+ Costumer Service!

Every time I had to get different parts everyone that’s on the phone they are so helpful with looking up the best offer that also can be in the budget plus interest so the experience is great! and there’s always new deals that can build your dream car as well, you can get parts to fix your car or even as a upgrade for it, you can go back to be a kid and make your car your own Lego game.

Quickly shipped

I originally wrote 3 star review but in checking the status of my order I was wrong. I just haven't received the email that my order has shipped and it shipped with in the 24 hr process window. Not knowing the quality of product yet I can't give 5 stars.

Great service!

Called to get clarification on floor mats I was looking at as the item I wanted did not see mats for 2025. Dakota took the call, researched in house and attempted to get ahold of the manufacturer for more info. He wasn’t able to, but determined that other brands were showing compatibility between 2024 and 2025. He also told me that if it didn’t fit, I’d be able to return. He was also able to find a discount on the items, so that was even better. Will keep coming back for my vehicle needs.

Communication is not strong

Communication is not strong , I had to email twice to get tracking and an ETA of my rims . Shipping was fast though and they did answer my email with tracking the day they got delivered .

I contacted CARiD for replacement mirror

I contacted CARiD for replacement mirror after mine was removed by a hit and run. Dakota was able to research the correct part to restore all of the safety features like "Blind spot warning" and defrost. I appreciate his time and effort to help me

Confusing descriptions

CS rep was quick and helpful. However original item descriptions were completely off. One stated fog lights and bulbs only. CS rep provided link stated lights, bulbs, harness and switch. I needed a full fog light kit with harness and all. We will see how accurate the listing is once I receive the parts. Fingers crossed for a full kit.

They sent my package to the incorrect…

They sent my package to the incorrect address and refuse to assist me, a total group of thieves starting with Dmytro Kalinin. Their customer service is severely lacking. I used to spend a lot of money with them, but now they have lost me as a customer.

frist time order

2000 dodge ram 5.9 4x4 Laramie quad cab I have not installed yet but matched up well going to add extra coat of paint and rust preventer for inside because of the way old part rusted.
Also I like the way site broke down to exact vehicle.

TERRIBLE

TERRIBLE. My money wasted. I never recommend buying from this site, the return policy is AWFUL. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE AGAIN.


I bought a part, they sent me a part that was not compatible with my truck, I had to adjust my time to the mechanic's time, when that happened we discovered that the part was wrong... When I asked to return it, they told me that it was a few days past the return deadline, and then I had to lose my money, and I have no choice but to do something about the wrong part that was sent.

Very disappointing

Very disappointing. Order shipped 4 days after being ordered. Website said order within 3 hours ships same day. So I did that. Still don’t have the items. And! One of my packages is on the way back to original location. I live in Florida. One of the items is from Pompano beach FL and it’s now in Texas going somewhere! ???
