Great delivery and customer service

Great delivery and customer service! I love it when my deliveries are by PostNord because they are always fast and on time (unlike the other Amazon's delivery company). And I love the fact that the deliverymen always deliver my items with a smile! I really hope Amazon.de can use PostNord as the main delivery company!

Very friendly and kind postman

Today I got the best service experience from postnord with a really smiley and kind postman!
Would be nice if all were like this, instead of sometimes delivering a parcel in an passive aggressive way

Post Nord values: lies, fraud and disrespect for customers

1 star because there is no option for none!

My parcel of 15kg was marked by the delivery employee as placed in the mailbox!!! and abandoned at the street, in the front of a closed gate instead of being delivered to the closest pick up point, about 2 km from my house.

The package disappeared! And Post Nord is NOT accepting any responsibility for their employee that LIED and ABANDONED the parcel out of laziness to drive 2 km and place it in a safe location.

The sender cannot register the claim because the parcel looks delivered which makes the claim unacceptable.

After many days of discussing the answer of Post Nord is that they can't do anything about it when it was the fault of their employee who lied and abandoned the parcel!

I've been happy for several years now. Maybe it depends on the location, but things have been fine. Deliveries happen when promised and where agreed, so no complaints.

No evidence the parcel was delivered / lost or stolen

Never had complaints so far but it’s 1 star for whom left the parcel outside on the street and of course I could not find it :( It’s been more than 36 hours with no answers from the customer service about the lost parcel. The postman left the package somewhere but there is no evidence because there is no picture on the app… it says “see the picture” but won’t load and only I can see is a black screen til today.
Usually if I’m not at home the package was always delivered at the nearby kiosk but not this time and I’m waiting for an explanation and the total refund of the value of the content. Again It’s 1 star until I get an explanation and I’m so sorry that the whole company has to take 1 star because of one employee.

Update:
No answers from the customer service after 6 days. Luckily for some reason my neighbour found the package on the street and put it inside in the corridor. The package was opened obviously and fortunately the content was safe, it was not much value for whoever took it.
I still cannot see the picture in the app that the postman took as proof of delivery. Still I never gave the consent to leave it outside.

I heard a very poor service from PN from my friends… in my experience I had a good service so far as the app works fine and it’s acceptable to have some bugs. Also the packages always go to the near kiosk so… not sure why this time it was decided not to bring it to a kiosk.

Don't try home delivery

I recently tried to deliver three packages to my house, and each time no attempt was made. I know this because I was working from home on each day they "attempted", sitting at a window with a clear view to my front door. If I had known that nobody would try to deliver the packages to my door, I would have sent them to a package shop in the first place, instead of waiting an extra two days for PostNord to do it because I "wasn't home."

Super fast

The delivery of this package by DPD and PostNord i Danmark was done so quickly, I am amazed. DPD collected it on Tuesday evening in The Netherlands and it was delivered in Denmark on Thursday at about 14.00 h - in perfect state.
The tracking of the parcel was very clear and easy and so was the communication by email message. Thank you very much!

The package never arrived

The package says it was picked up at a package point on a day when I was not even in the country. I never got it since. It was also a super expensive package. Try to avoid Postnord when ordering, otherwise may the force be with you but prepare for the worst.
