i m a monthly client of Yoox,i really like it and i like the professional version of application and everything else,,
my only issue with this experience is the sizes of items,some of the items don't match with the real size or fit accordingly,,,

Read the reviews before ordering from YOOX, as I hadn't used their service before.
The reviews gave me alot of confidence to order.

I LOVE YOOX

I LOVE YOOX! I buy much of my clothing here. The variety and availability of the designer brands I’m interested in is excellent. The prices and sales are fantastic. The shipping is super quick. Returns are a breeze.

The last 2 purchases

Although YOOX's inventory has changed significantly, there are still a few great deals.
My latest 2 purchases gave me one sandal with the wrong color and recently a TOD sandal with the wrong heels. I've been a customer for a long tie, this is the first time I received wrong purchases.

UPS, delivery with cash on delivery option

In the past, when I placed an order paying the UPS charge, if I wasn't at home, I would leave it at an associated store and I could pick it up later at the partner store's opening hours. Now YOOX does not authorize this option and it has to be delivered directly by hand, whichever It makes delivery and collection of the order very complicated. which makes it very difficult to receive your purchase.

YOOX provides the following key advantages:

1) Huge selections on my favourite label
2) High level of discounts
3) Learn from mistakes to eliminate repeating errors in customer fulfilment
4) Customer satisfaction focus with loyalty program enrollment
5) Executive level support to address / resolve critical concerns and issues

Once those early issues were addressed and resolved, my YOOX shopping experiences have improved significantly.

This results in more and more and more purchases.

Never using Yoox again AWFUL

Bought two items express delivery, came late with the wrong item inside, called customer service straight away explaining the same, they said they would send email for me to reply with a photo of the wrong item sent, link never came. Emailed Yoox customer service and sent photos and received a message from Alexandre Christy Yoox customer services saying I cannot have a refund because the items have been dispatched and to send a photo of the damaged item! I no longer want the items ordered because they have not arrived on time, have a coat which I did not order and told that I cannot have a refund ! Awful never going to use Yoox again

Bad attitude towards long time clients.

You can find some interesting offers, but the way they treat their long-time clients is unacceptable. After being a client for five years, instead of receiving extra discounts, I now have to pay to return clothes that don’t fit.
My latest experience is that I ordered a dress that had a short sleeves on a picture, but I received a dress with long sleeves. Now I have to pay the refund because the app provided the wrong information about the product.

Please unify the sizes, the table if the sizes us not clear actually complicated, accordingly several times I return my shipment

Recommend

I’ve been a loyal customer for about 10 years. The quality is good, and the descriptions are mostly accurate. I usually order 3-4 times per year, but I would order more often if the shipping costs for smaller orders (1-2 items) were more reasonable. It feels a bit strange to buy children's shoes for 30 euros and then pay 26% of that cost for shipping, doesn’t it? Also, the packaging can be wasteful at times—tiny items arriving in huge boxes. From an environmental perspective, more eco-friendly packaging would be appreciated.

Bad treatment for long term clients

Even more, I ordered a dress that had a short sleeves on the picture and I received a long-sleeved dress which I wouldn’t buy in the first place. And now I have to pay to return something that didn’t match the description, which is obviously is the fault of the website.
When I contacted the customer service, the response was that they are sorry and they don’t have a solution.

Unmatchable selection

Huge unmatchable selection of high end brands.
Some of the best prices in the web if you can wait the right offer.
Delivery is slower than competition and info about measurement and sizes quite poor, so it works if you know the brand and your size with them.
Returns UK to Italy can be tedious.
