Order# 7875007 one month later no refund

Order# 7875007

I ordered three items, after a week and no movement I asked for an update and was told 2 items were not available anymore.

They shipped the one item they had but it is one month later and I have still not been refunded for the 2 none received items.

I cannot recommend using this company it seems like a scam.

Good selection, limited payment options

I can only rate the online shopping/payment part. I have not received my order yet:
Good selection, good prices. Unfortunately payment options are very limited. Only NemId/Danish bank account, MobilePay and some credit cards are supported. Prepaid credit cards are not supported.

I don't recommend purchasing from this site unless you are certain you can afford to lose the money you spend on their products

I ordered a phone stand charger, that made a noticeable noise/whine when used to charge a standard Samsung phone - so much so that sitting/sleeping next to it was unbearable. As this was not mentioned in the product description, I considered it a faulty product and created a ticket for returning it. It's now been over two weeks since, and Teknikdele has made no attempt to contact me, in spite of a confirmation email for the creation of my ticket and an email from me requesting an update.

I don't recommend purchasing from this site unless you are certain you can afford to lose the money you spend on their products

I didn't receive confirmation email…

I didn't receive confirmation email that I bought it, no tracking number , nothing. Apart from that I also got wrong items, so I can't even prove what I bought since I didn't get any email. Wouldn't shop there again.

As a customer

As a customer, I got worried based on the limited tracking information available for the company and my order that whether it was a scam or company actually exist. When I tried to find company on Google it was showing a big truck on the road. Ouch not good.

I received the product within 5 working days but company should invest more on tracking the order for good customer experience.
Otherwise, I received a working product and I am Happy with it :)

No automatic email confirmations sent after the order is placed

I got the product I ordered by the deadline. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is that when you issue a purchase order with Teknikdele and approve the payment, you do not get any email confirmation that your order has been placed. In other words, if you have not taken a screenshot immediately after your online payment has been confirmed, you have no way to prove that you have placed a purchase order and, therefore cannot use any purchase order reference if you want to enquire about your order. This is stressing as you wonder whether the website is not just a scam. Teknikdele, please fix this. All serious websites send automatic email confirmations to their customers whenever purchase orders are issued

Very unprofessional

I waited 3 weeks for my order, at the end to learn by contacting service that my product is out of stock and cannot be shipped. On the website it is written that product is availlable, if the shop is "professional", why they are not updating their website and why they do not contact buyer about problems in order. I received thousands of scam mails about offers from Telnikdele, but they could not provide me update of my order and they wasted my time.

Køb/purchase af 4-in-1 cardreader/joyroom

På dansk:
Jeg købte en “4-in-1 card reader” fra JOYROOM.
Kom rigtig hurtigt, og fungere som den skal.
Jeg købte en adapter så jeg kan downloade billeder fra et digitalt Canon kamera over på min iPhone. Dette gjorde jeg ved at anvende hukommelses kortet fra kameraet, som er et kingston sd kort.
Forstod ikke helt hvordan jeg gjorde, men fandt ud af det, så hvis andre har svært ved det - så skulle man bare koble det til telefonen/iPhonen, putte sd kortet i adapteren, og trykke på import under Photos på telefonen. Derfra kan du downloade dem du vil, og slette billeder fra kortet, så er der er plads til nye billeder.

In English:
I bought a “4-in-1 card reader” from JOYROOM.
It arrived within a day and functions as it should.
I bought the adapter in hopes of transferring pictures from my digital canon camera onto my iPhone, which it does perfectly.
At first I had trouble doing this which is why I’ll provide an explanation:
The camera I use comes with a “kingston sd card”. Following this I plucked the card reader into my iPhone and inserted the ‘memory card/sd card’ into the card reader. After this I opened photos on my iPhone and selected import, (keep in mind - not already imported but the one called ‘import’)
Finally I could download the wanted photos and delete the rest. Deleting is not required but it frees up space on the memory card for new photos.

i dont think i will ever buy from them again

my ordered arrived quite fast but there were no additional documents in the package. no invoice, no instructions, no hangtags, what i recieved can easily be used, i wouldnt know. there is not even a brand name on the products.
i had to google and find some youtube videos to learn how to use them. but because there is no brand on them i have no idea if i watched about the correct product.
i want to return the parcel, but they only accept with postnord, which is the most expensive service. i find it funny because they sent my parcel to me with the cheapest service there is. it is called instabox. why do i have to pay 3 times more to return?

I ordered left earphone AirPods 2 for a…

I ordered left earphone AirPods 2 for a big money hoping I will receive an original .
But it came in some suspicious “AliExpress” style package, not looks like original earphone . Without documents and serials etc , but with note that it can’t be returned if unsealed .

I want to return it , because all the attempts to connect that earphone to my original AirPods Pro 2Case were without success and this earphone stays invisible ….

Great webshop

The product (Samsung charger) is great, the price was the cheapest on the web and the delivery was fast. :)

Faulty part.

Ordered a fast charger 20w. From teknikdele.
When ii used it it got critical warm and it smelled burned. So i took it to my local dealer, and tried to charge rhe same device i that i had try to charge with
the charger from teknikdelar., but now with a samsunga 45w charger and there was no problem at all. So dont buy parts from this company.
Also they are very very difficult to contact if you have a problem.

This company is so bad when it comes to…

This company is so bad when it comes to costumer service. My product is defective, and they don't want to do anything about it.

Not the first time this have happened to me, with this company.

They just rely on the fact that people won't take it to the consumer rights officials...

It might be cheap, but consider your rights waived.
