We've had this great device now for 7 months to keep track of exercise and more importantly, if our furry friend goes for a wander. The virtual fence is very handy. We have set up an alarm sound for notifications on our phone, so as soon as it sounds, we know immediately to start investigating. No false alarms and easy to keep charged with the low battery notification. We live near bushland and have not yet had a problem with coverage.

They are very passionate about helping people keep their precious dogs safe. Having their tracker works seamlessly; when switched on, connects within a minute to GPS. Tractive GPS gives such peace of mind while out walking the dogs.

Excellent tracking system. The app is easy to use, has excellent features, and is reasonably intuitive. Made such a difference for keeping tabs on my dog, and reducing my anxiety when he was out of sight. Highly recommend.

Very good for keeping track of your pets. I live rural so there are heaps of large forests. My pets occasionally drop their trackers in these forests and it can be hard to locate them using the app but I almost always do. Otherwise I contact customer support and they're very helpful.

This is fantastic for dogs and cats to see their daily activities. I like the virtual dance. I always know where the dog is and get a notification if he find a way to escape from the garden.

Having tractive for my cat is peace of mind for me and keeps my cat safe,Thomas my cat doesn't go far away from home , keeps within the back gardens,never on the road were traffic is , and is indoors of a night ,
Having said that ,he is 11 years old and I have peace of mind seeing on the tracker he is active and exactly who's garden he is exploring and who he is visiting,
The tracker showed him still for quite awhile in my neighbors garden 4 doors away , he then showed up at home with no tractive on ! After going to the garden where it was last located my neighbor found it ,
Great I was able to track it and get it back and put the collar on a harder to pull of off setting it's adjustable great , and he is quite a strong cat so he is not in any danger of getting caught up and not being able to escape, Thank you from Thomas and his Mum

This is a great product and it provides enormous reassurance for me and my family, knowing we can track our beloved dog - he is a puppy and very keen to explore the world around him! It is a very durable product and the app has loads of great features that help to assess all parts of our dog’s wellbeing. Customer support is also super helpful and quick. I bought two trackers even though the app is a bit too expensive everything went pretty well until. when a tracker stopped working. the subscription also includes replacement which should be quick. a nightmare of assistance instead, really bad, very slow in responding they do nothing but apologize for the delay in responding they ask for videos that they then pretend not to receive. I had to suspend the subscription, to date after almost a month nothing has been resolved and if it continues like this I will also suspend the other subscription. really poor and unacceptable assistance. shame!

My cats collar has broke multiple times and the tracker has got lost, even when I put the collar on the toughest setting it still popped off. Asked for a refund on my premium year subscription as I no longer want to use these trackers anymore, and was told that I couldn’t because it didn’t happen within 30 days

Mojo was chasing a fox today, I could see where he was the whole time, and then I could easily identify where to pick him up after he got tired. Sometimes it takes a while to refresh but at least I knew where he was.

I have 2 dogs and two trackers. Unfortunately I have paid for a years subscription for each dog so no refund on subscription if cancelled. One of the trackers has not been connecting. I have sent numerous emails and screenshots and tried the support troubleshooting. No resolution has been found and now I’m getting ignored by support. Customer service is shocking. Tractive advertise that They keep your pet safe! No response to faulty tracker does not keep your pet safe. !!

My biggest problem is connectivity to Internet and blue tooth. My area is bad for that but I still like it. When it connects it's accurate.

Reassuring, my dogs tend to occasionally leave my garden, I am in rural France, it can take a few minutes for the tracker to log onto the network but now can find them quickly and accurately. I am very pleased! The battery doesn’t last quite as long as I thought it would but still lasts a couple of days at a time
