Overall, the Trip.com app is really good and super user-friendly! But I’m a bit confused—I’m at Black Diamond level, yet I’ve seen hotel prices listed higher for me than for Silver members. Isn’t loyalty supposed to get you the best deal? Hmm… dynamic pricing at its finest.

I think my only issue is that the price…
I think my only issue is that the price expired so fast, I'd say around 5 minutes while I'm reading the guidelines regarding the checked in baggage. And then the new price went up by a couple of thousand pesos. Other than that, booking is quite easy. And it's my second time using the platform, so getting some discount because of the previous booking is a plus.

Great App but require improvement on the tours and activities booking, some listing does not explain what exactly is included and more importantly if the day tour does not i Clyde picking up from hotel how to actually get to the attraction site. This is crucial for foreign tourists, as you may buy the trip and can't get their and lose the day and the money.
