Womens Health and Wellness Coach on Instagram: "SINGLE SERVE MEAL PREP- PART 3 BAKED GNOCCHI  You can divide this into 3, 4 or 5 serves I made this for Aaron and he has 3 serves to suit his calorie/macro goals If it were for me, I would have x5 serves   Ingredients used: 500g lean pork mince- you can use any mince you like  300g Passata sauce @mingleseasoning All Purpose  Herbamere Broccoli Cauliflower  Salsa sauce- old El Paso mild  Gnocchi- LaMolisana (Woolworths) Mozzarella cheese   Method: 1. Cooked the mince until browned- added the Passata sauce and the herbs/spices. 2. Divided the gnocchi into the containers 3. Chopped the veg and added to containers 4. Topped with mince and salsa. Mixed through  5. Added mozzarella cheese 6. Baked in the oven on 180 degrees for 45-50 mins turning/m Single Serve Macro Meals, Passata Sauce, Single Serve Meals, Baked Gnocchi, Salsa Sauce, Lean Pork, Herbs Spices, Broccoli Cauliflower, Macro Meals
