Ich warne ausdrücklich vor dieser Plattform! Ich habe einen Windows 11 Key gekauft, der schlichtweg ungültig war. Trotz eindeutiger Beweise, die ich dem Support vorgelegt habe, wurde mir absolut nicht geholfen. Der Kundenservice ist ein völliges Versagen: Anstatt das Problem zu klären, bekommt man nur lächerliche Standard-Textbausteine (angeblich hätte der Verkäufer fehlerfrei geliefert). Danach wird der Chat einfach kommentarlos gesperrt. Man wird als Käufer komplett im Stich gelassen und kann nicht einmal mehr antworten. Spart euch euer Geld und eure Nerven!

Ungültiger Code, Geld wird nicht zurückerstattet
Der im Shop beim Anbieter Go2play gekaufte Code ist nicht gültig. Seit 2 Wochen (!) hilft mir weder Go2play, noch Difmark das Geld zurückzubekommen. Im Gegenteil, ich öffnete diesen Fall nun bereits zum dritten Mal online auf der Webseite von Difmark. Jedes Mal wurden der Fall geschlossen, obwohl das Problem nicht gelöst wurde. In der ersten Woche musste ich in unzähligen Mails mehrmals die gleichen Fragen beantworten und immer dieselben Screenshots zusenden. Vor einer Woche hat Difmark angeblich Go2play informiert, seitdem keine Rückmeldung. Das ist Betrug.

Ich hatte das vergnügen mit den Verkäufer "mention" auf Difmark.com und muss sagen das er sehr nett war und mir auch noch ein paar Fragen beantwortet hat. Beim Kauf gab es keine Probleme, man muss sich halt drauf einstellen das es etwas dauert, da der Kauf über die Steamgeschenkefunktion ablief. Ich bin froh das ich jetzt eine Seite gefunden zu habe wo ich Spiele kaufen kann die ich sonst nicht bekommen würde.

Unvollständige Lieferung, mangelhafter Käuferschutz
Ich kann von dieser Plattform leider nur abraten. Ich habe eine Lizenz mit einer Laufzeit von 1 Jahr gekauft, geliefert wurde jedoch ein Schlüssel für lediglich 116 Tage. Die Lösung des Verkäufers: Ich solle mich nach Ablauf der 116 Tage erneut melden, um dann eventuell den Schlüssel für die restliche Zeit zu erhalten.
Das Erschreckende daran ist, dass Difmark dieses Vorgehen völlig in Ordnung findet. Man stelle sich vor, ich würde als Käufer anbieten, zunächst nur die Hälfte des Preises zu zahlen und den Rest irgendwann später nachzureichen – ein solcher Vertrag käme niemals zustande und Difmark würde das nicht tolerieren. Von mir als Kunde wird aber genau diese Kompromissbereitschaft verlangt.
Beschwerde-Tickets kosten hier leider nur Zeit und bringen keine Lösung. Der Fokus liegt bei Difmark ganz offensichtlich auf dem Verkäufer- und nicht auf dem Käuferschutz.
Damit Difmark diese Bewertung direkt zuordnen kann: Mein Fall läuft unter der Ticket-Nummer 445072.

Our support team and the seller have already reached out to you in the order chat and asked for the documentation needed to confirm a faulty key, and we are still waiting on the full set from your side. Of the images sent so far, only one meets the required standard — the rest were phone photos of a screen, which unfortunately cannot be accepted as verification. What's still needed are proper system screenshots, not photos taken with a phone, showing the full display with the current date and time visible, together with the actual activation attempt and the exact error message it produces.
This isn't an extra hurdle put in your way — it's the standard check every reported key issue goes through, both with us and with the publisher, so genuine cases can be confirmed quickly and fairly rather than assumed either way. Every product on the platform comes with clear terms, and sellers are expected to act on them as soon as a fault is properly documented.
Once you provide the remaining screenshots in the order chat, the seller will be able to move forward with a replacement or refund without further delay. We're ready to help as soon as we have everything that's needed.

Achtung Betrug! Hier werden Spiele anderer Konten offenbar "kopiert", und wenn sich Änderungen an dem eigentlichen Konto / Besitzer ändern, läuft das Spiel nicht mehr.
Vorsicht vor dem Verkäufer "NewGamePlus" - keine Kooperation, wenn das von einem anderen Konto kopierte Spiel nicht mehr läuft!

When they followed up asking for one additional detail needed to troubleshoot, the conversation stalled, and the case was closed automatically once the resolution window passed — this happens when a case goes quiet, not because of any refusal to assist.
There is no scam, and there cannot be one, on Difmark. Every seller is strictly verified, every listing states clearly what is being sold before purchase, and every order is covered by our official Refund & Delivery Policy. Occasional technical interruptions can happen with certain digital products, and they are meant to be resolved directly with the seller under warranty, exactly as the process here shows was already underway.
