Same as other reviews here. Total scam. It's a conflict of interest for recruiters to refer to a paid service. That's their approach: pitch unrealistic positions, refuse to get on a call, ask for documents, say you need help, refer you to a service.

Firstly, very positive CV-recap. Unrealistic, extremely high profile offerings, both qualitatively as well as financially.
Secondly, Google based interview, no telephone number but alphabetic (never experienced), only audio, no video - when asked why no video 'business background at the office here'. Interview with just a second or two delay (AI processing), but consistently. Repetitively mentioning your full name.
Thirdly, when asked for a personal consultation line broken, proof of fully AI generated attempt.

Job Scam Warning – Suspicious Recruitment Approach

I received an email regarding a Chief Information Officer (CIO) / IT Director opportunity. The communication also referred to positions such as Infrastructure Director – JASARA Program Management Company and IT & Digitalisation Manager – Porsche Middle East.

After reviewing the communication, I could not find corresponding legitimate vacancies for these positions on the companies’ official career channels. The sender also asked me to “optimize” my LinkedIn profile as part of the process, which raised further concerns about the authenticity of the recruitment approach.

I believe these vacancies and the recruitment communication are highly suspicious and potentially fraudulent. Job seekers should independently verify any such opportunity directly through the company’s official careers website and should not provide personal documents, financial information, passwords, or make any payments.

I am sharing this review as a warning so that other professionals can exercise caution when receiving similar recruitment messages.

Approached me speculatively which is not unusual for head hunters, but it seemed like a scam to sell extra services.

Firstly, without providing any actual job spec or details of their client they then introduced a 2nd role, also very vague. Sometimes at senior levels, a head hunter does need to maintain confidentiality if their client has requested it, but this was very oddly drafted AI mails. Before proceeding, I would need additional documents created, which of course they'd be happy to help with... as a paid service. If there are genuine clients behind these job specs, the HH usually does the work to find the best candidate to meet their clients' expectations, even if this involves a reformat or at least a quick call to explain what the client is looking for.

The second point that sounded scammy is that all emails were entirely AI generated repeating my LinkedIn profile in the email. I appreciate AI is important, but a quick line written by a human would be good; these emails even muddled up my first name and family name which is very unprofessional in most circumstances yet alone exec level recruitment.

All AI generated mail sets off scam alarm bells, so I checked the sender's email address and was actually surprised it was from a genuine company with a website.
Going forward if you have a genuine client (or two in this case):
- do the work required to find the best candidate and don't lead with selling extra services,
- put together an email written by a human, all senior execs already know what their LinkedIn profile states, no need to repeat that to us in an email,
- call the candidate, a 10 min call can help understand whether the individual is a good fit.
If you have no client and this is just a cold selling email, be honest and state that. It may be that you have services we want, albeit I suspect you're using AI to generate them.
