Who is private training for?
Teams and organisations that want everyone moving in the same direction with AI, from small internal champion squads to whole product and engineering crews. I have run private programmes for distributed dev teams, mixed knowledge-worker teams, and leadership groups.
Which course should we run?
AI Level Up suits knowledge-worker and mixed teams who want to delegate real work to AI. Agentic Coding Essentials suits developers who want to go deep on coding agents and ship agent systems. Many engagements blend the two or build a fully custom curriculum around your goals.
Remote or in person?
Delivery is remote-first, with recordings and a dedicated learning centre so people can keep up around their work. I also run in-person workshop and embedded days, sitting alongside each team on their actual in-flight problems; travel for in-person work is quoted per engagement.
How big can the group be?
Minimum five people, scaling to an org-wide rollout in batches of 30+. The format flexes: smaller groups get more hands-on coaching, larger cohorts get more structure and reusable patterns.
How is it priced?
Pricing is per seat with volume discounts, plus a one-off setup fee. Workshop days, embedded coaching, and custom curricula are quoted per engagement.
How much can you customise?
A lot. The content is adaptive by design. I shape the lessons around the workflows your people are trying to build, and the centre of gravity is project-based so the work is real from week one.
