Adrienne Fischer is the founder and managing attorney of Basecamp Legal, a woman-owned firm delivering accessible, business-focused legal counsel to women entrepreneurs, underrepresented founders and purpose-driven companies. She began her career during the 2008 recession and worked with Gloria Allred on a landmark civil rights case, shaping her lifelong commitment to advocacy. Since moving to Colorado, Adrienne’s firm has helped more than 700 businesses, using a sliding scale fee model to keep legal support accessible. Her team secured a $26 million Series B for a sustainable fuel company, trademarked technology partnering with NASA and protected LGBTQ+ therapists from legal harassment. A Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2019 to 2025, Adrienne also founded Contract Llama to expand access to legal guidance. She mentors aspiring lawyers, serves on the board of the Outdoor Lab Foundation and volunteers her expertise to underserved entrepreneurs, championing dignity, empathy and equity every step of the way.
