Rumchata balls

These Rumchata Pecan Truffles are the best friend of my Irish Cream Truffles. Alone or combined in a gift box, they make an excellent Christmas gift.

Truffles are made from melted chocolate and heavy cream and you scoop them into a ball once the chocolate has set. Instead of cream I used Rumchata.
