Excellent for quick appointment for basic generic things but....
Using the site and securing an appointment within an hour or 2 was excellent and very handy. The gp I saw could have been a bit more friendly and less hurried,the appointment felt very rushed ,also very annoying that I had spent ages trying to upload photos that were required for appointment,to be asked by the GP had I sent in photos as that would help with the diagnosis,very frustrating considering I had already done it.

I needed an antibiotic immediately as I had a uti coming on. I couldn’t get an appointment with my gp so I tried your services. My doctor spoke to me via web chat and my antibiotics were sent to my pharmacy. Bingo now I’m cured.

After my appointment I didn’t get my prescription and had to rebook then the next day for another appointment (no charge to be fair) but was inconvenient and urgently needed a prescription for an infection my daughter had.
