Ingredients:
3 tbsp cooking oil
3 tbsp garlic, minced
1/3 cup onion, chopped
2 cups shredded chicken
2 tsp patis
Ground Black Pepper
6 cups chicken stock
300g patola / sponge gourd
100g misua/ wheat vermicelli
Fried garlic 
Chopped scallion 

Directions:
-Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic and onion then saute until softens.
-Add shredded chicken and stir.
-Season with pepper and salt. Add the patis, then stir.
-Pour the chicken stock, stir. Cover and let it boil for 8 minutes.
-Add the patola, cook for 3 minutes.
-Add the misua and continue to cook for another 2 minutes.
-Transfer to a serving bowl.
-Add fried garlic and scallions on top. Serve hot and enjoy!
