**Ingredients:**
- 3 sticks of butter (room temperature)
- 2 tablespoons of canola oil
- 3 cups of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 6 large eggs
- 1 and 1/4 cups of buttermilk
- 4 tablespoons of red food coloring
- 3 cups and 1/4 cup of cake flour
- 2 teaspoons of Hershey's cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

**Instructions:**

1. Preheat the oven to 330°F (165°C). Grease and flour a pound cake pan or use baking spray

2. In a large mixing bowl, blend the butter and canola oil until smooth, about 2 minutes.

3. Gradually add the sugar, one cup at a time, blending for about 7 minutes until the mixture is light and fluffy.
