Paryushan Instant Thatte Idly Recipe - Ingredients - Regular raw rice - 2 cups Poha - 1 1/4 cup Thick curd - 1 cup Water - 1/2 cup (Approx) add more if required Salt - 1.5 tsp Eno soda - 1 tbsp or a sachet Method - Soak the Rice and Poha separately for 3 hrs Then grind both in batches (half rice - half Poha) Add curd while grinding, and water if required.
