Updated: I bought a wand and have been using it everyday for the past 6 weeks. Unfortunately I have not seen much improvement in my skin. I have requested a refund with 60 days and after few hiccups in communication, money was fully refunded. thank you

I recently had a deeply disappointing and traumatic experience with Wiener Linien during a visit to Vienna. We purchased valid 24-hour tickets on the tram the same day but failed to validate them due to unclear instructions for tourists. Despite having paid in full, we were slapped with an outrageous EUR 115 fine per person. This felt excessive, especially as it was an honest mistake, and no financial harm was caused.

Even worse, the behavior of the ticket inspectors was terrifying. They immediately began shouting at us when I asked a question, refused to introduce themselves, and made any conversation impossible. My elderly godmother and I were so intimidated that I had to call the police, fearing for our safety. Their brutal, unforgiving approach—especially towards women and elderly tourists—was shocking. A simple warning or taking our tickets would have sufficed, but instead, we were harassed and left shaken by this aggressive treatment.

Wiener Linien's treatment of tourists is unacceptable, and their lack of compassion for an honest mistake is appalling.

Update: have reached out to customer service and got a new pair. A very nice and friendly customer service experience! Thank you!

Have bought two pairs and was happy to receive my new leggings. They are comfortable however the top of the leggings is rolling down when doing yoga. One huge downside is that after only two months the pattern on the leggings is partially gone and the stitching in few places is falling apart. It’s a shame but leggings look used after a very short period of time. Would not recommend it for such a price.

The prices are indeed good but they are not real. Have made an order through the website and my order was cancelled because they didn’t want to deliver sold items for the prices on their website. So don’t get fooled. It might be a scam.

I was initially excited about the swimsuit I found online and followed the size guide provided. However, upon receiving it, the sizing was off, and subsequent attempts with a larger size (3 size bigger) proved futile. The swimsuit's rigidity and lack of suitability for exercise, especially for a semi-professional swimmer like myself, were disappointing. Despite attempts to resolve the issue with Instant Swim, their unhelpful response only offered store credit, effectively holding my money hostage and forcing me to either purchase a swimsuit I don't want or forfeit my money altogether. Overall, a frustrating experience with sizing and customer service, exacerbated by their inflexible refund policy.

I had few painting classes with Alessia at her beautiful apartment-studio and they were amazing! Alessia creates a very cozy, warm and welcoming atmosphere and inspires to be creative. She supports and guides during the process and as a result I got paintings I never expected I could make myself. Would recommend for anyone!

Have asked Online support team for a help with the app. The answer was "talk to your bank" and "we cant help you any more". The answer to the question, is there anyone else who can, was "no, it is the only customer service team". Looking at the bad reviews here, cant stop but wonder does Zara Head office or Inditex know about such poor customer service in Denmark

Fake website which I unfortunately found out only after I placed the order. The website looked very decent from the first sight, but when you actually look into it, there are lots of misspelling, weird fonts, and the email ending with "customerservicebest.com" (actually does not exist). I got no confirmation of my order and there is no way to contact them through website. In other words, once an order is placed, they withdraw your money immediately and there is no way to get it back. I very much regret I made the order in such a hurry and didn't look properly at the website.
