I recently attended a Scrum Master course by Bent in Copenhagen and must say it was a great experience. Bent made it very clear how I can improve the agile & scrum experience at my company and I look forward to applying my knowledge with my team.

Overall course was good from a professional context point of view. I think the subject matter was sharply presented. I would ask the facilitator to think about how he use "far-jokes" and anecdotes / references to ex-wives and current spouse to make a point. I don't think its appropriate in this setting and as a woman I feel like it was unprofessional and unnecessary.

Niels Verdonk provided excellent guidance during the Scrum Product Owner training. As a UX designer, it was a pleasant way for me to become familiar with the role and responsibilities of the product owner in projects. I recommend this training.

I participated in Certified Agile Coach​ (ICP-ACC) trainings and loved it. It was tailored to our needs slightly as well as we received one great practical coaching session by Bent Myllerup (upon teams request). 3 days long sessions were very intense and covered many practical tasks, but nevertheless it was super fun. Bent himself is very humble and friendly.

I've participated in Bent's training on agile coaching. In general, it was very intensive and valuable 3 days. What impressed me most, is that there weren't boring presentations as someone mentioned below. There was visual facilitation that helped us to understand information more easily.

The main thing that I would like to suggest is to choose one real-world case and analyze it through all the exercises that we did. It would be more valuable to do it together with the group instead of letting them do all the exercises with new stories on their own. We lack reflections on whether we did exercises correctly or not. Doing exercises together would help to better understand how to behave in one or another situation. Maybe it's a cultural thing that how we (Lithuanians) like learning. Other than that everything is perfect! Highly recommend it!

Took a Scrum Master certification from Better Change, and had a great experience with Bent Myllerup in Aarhus.
Very experienced and good teacher. The 2 days flew by and had a good mix of classroom teaching, group work and presentations, so it never got boring. I learned a lot of new stuff, even though I already had experience with Scrum.

After attended Agile Leadership 2-days training, Bent has open up my perspective on how agile help to elevate myself from as an expert to be as a catalyst. Reality in the complex and multiple task to do in this big and integrated business, i can't wait to see all task go by sequence, it can be as a sprint type as well.

Bents and Better Changes way of facilitating the training is highly engaging and supports that what you’re taught - actually sticks :)

You’re actively engaged in every single module, and take away a working book with your own notes and reflections to support your continued growth. You get to use the theory in the class with your classmates.

I have just finished the two day agile leadership course delivered by Bent! A completely interactive two days based on training from the back of the room. I left the course full of energy and ready to start applying what I have learned and made “sticky” from applying it to my situation. Enjoy the course and would recommend! Two super days with the Product Owner course. Bent guided us through the material with many exercises, keeping it interesting as well as engaging. He answered our never-ending stream of questions and took the time we needed to understand. I have no doubt the course will help our project going forward.

The course has a good balance between theory and practical exercises, which help to reinforce the learnings. There is also a good amount of background, so you get to know the "why", and not just "how" to do things.
The information was presented in a very enjoyable maner, which makes a complex topic look almost easy.

I've learned a lot during the intensive 2-day Agile Leaadership certification with Better Change. It's worth every euro, because our trainer Bent selflessly shares his decades long experience in an engaging way: not a single slide, we were in discussion all the time, and the approach is very realistic – there's no silver bullet, just ways we might test what will work for our specific company and circumstances. I would give it 6 stars out of 5, if that was an option.

The great thing about attending Bent's Scrum Master training is that he has deep insight of what he is talking about from a long career of experience. In his course Bent presents the subject parts at a fluent pace his course well with engaging activities as examples!

The 2 days PO scrum training course was a perfect mixture of theory, excercises and discussions. Not a standard training with Powerpoint slides but original handwritten flipover pages and drawings. Niels has so much experience and knowledge in the domain that he was able to give us a lot of insights and approaches for different issues. I could recommend Niels from Better Change to anyone!

The goal is to work with "work in progress" mindset thus continuous improvement is established !
