Jerk wings in the oven

In my humble opinion, these bbq jerk wings could definitely make it onto an episode of Hot Ones. Yes, they are spicy but they aren’t so spicy that you can’t eat a handful of them in one sitting and I know from personal experience. The wings are marinated in both a dry and wet jerk seasoning and then brushed with barbecue sauce and 1tbsp of jerk seasoning combined. Once the wings are done, you could just stop there OR you could make some plantain fries to serve alongside.

Ingredients 3 pounds Turkey wings 2 teaspoon adobo all purpose seasoning 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon ground all spice 3 tablespoon jerk seasoning (I used the walkerwood jerk brand) 1/2 tablespoon browning (I used the Grace brand) 2 springs green onion, chopped 4 sprigs thyme 1 green bell pepper, chopped 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped 1 cup carrots, chopped 1 Turkey size oven bag 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
