The political intensity of the US Presidential polls 2024 has increased manifold this week, mostly after the kick-off of the Democratic National Convention, which was the biggest strength-checker of the Democrats, after the back-to-back fiascos starting off from the time Joe Biden resigned form the campaign.

Why was the DNC 2024 so important?

Right from the start of the campaign MAGA supporters kept taking digs at Biden for his old age, illness as well as his dismal performance in the US Presidential Debate, with all the factors somehow mounting up to make him get and and resign from the ticket, endorsing Kamala Harris instead. Therefore, DNC 2024, where Harris was appointed the Presidential candidate for the Democrats officially, was very crucial as they had to go all-in to convince the American audience that they are back on track.

    DNC TV rating versus RNC

The Democratic National Convention had some of the best Democrats speakers, some of whom have already led the great nation in some of the most powerful capacities, including the likes of Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Michelle Obama, Joe Biden and many others, who have come out in complete support of Harris and reasoning as to why she would be the perfect person to lead the country as the next US President.

But, was the US audience convinced? The TV ratings claim that DNC has outdone RNC at several prime time moments, including Clinton's speech, as well as Barack Obama and Michelle Obama's addresses, that had seen a record turnout of TV viewers, according to Newsweek.

Now it is to be seen how Day 3 fares for DNC and if it will outdo RNC's massive final night record.
