“No data, no support”
“I bought 14 300GB eSIMs for Europe and they all stopped working when they reached 35GB. I filed a complaint with AirHub and they told me they didn't actually provide 300GB and only offered 35GB. I asked for a refund and they never gave it to me. That company is a scam. Stay away if you don't want to be scammed.
AIRHUB is a SCAM. They are thieves who steal your money and give you eSIMs with less GB than they offer.”
“10gb sim used across Europe. Worked great for 10 days, then suddenly the speed just dropped to 40kbps despite still showing 5G.
Customer service non-existant. No response to live chat or useful info online so had to buy another sim from jetpac.”
“This is scam. I paid but I could not recieve the esim. Never use this company”
“It's good.”
“Speeds are 32Mb download and 3Mb upload. Impressive even if not stellar fast. Yes I would recommend Airalo. First attempt using an ESIM in Europe. Far more convenient given the limited option available when we arrived in Venice on route to Austria.”
“Perfect, reliable and flawless experience in all countries with good 4G speeds (15-25mbps)!
I used the „pay as you go“ plan!
Easy to choose and switch via the app.
Refill/prepay is also done via the app! The only minor catch, minimum refill amount is 10€ and it‘s 10€ steps from here (10,20,30...)
Overall really good experience!!”
