When you focus on calories and increasing protein it is so easy to take all the recipes you love, make small tweaks and get them to fit your nutritional needs for weight loss and maintenance. That’s exactly what I did with this stuffed shell recipe! Comment below with the recipe you want me to make healthier!  1CUP blended low fat cottage cheese 1 cup ricotta cheese .75 cup skim mozzarella cheese Italian seasoning Garlic powder Onion powder Salt and pepper 8 oz lean ground chicken cooked 8oz ground pork cooked 1 jar pasta sauce I used simply @ragu  17-20 jumbo pasta shells cooked Frozen spinach, thawed, and squeeze pit as much water as possible.
