Barbari bread is a traditional type of Persian bread that anyone can make at home. It consists of a lightly leavened dought that is stretched into a rectangle shape and pressed with vertical ridges. This is then brushed with a glaze and sprinkled with sesame seed. It's then placed into a hot oven until golden brown. The end result is something like fluffy focaccia and goes great with practically any meal.
