🔥Cook with caution🔥

Pozole:

8-10QTS water
1 large onion
1 head of garlic
3-4 bay leaves
1.5lbs of pork shoulder “paleta de puerco”
1lb of pork neck “espinazo de puerco”
1lb of pork spare ribs “costillas de puerco”
(2) 25oz can of hominy
1tbsp Mexican oregano
Salt / Black Pepper to taste

Pozole Salsa:

15 guajillo, remove seeds & clean
8-10 chile de arbol (Reduce to using 3-4 for a more medium heat level, or omit all together)
