I'm sure you've heard of the "80/20 Rule;" This "Rule" states that 80% of our diet should come from healthy whole food sources While 20% can come from treats and maybe not as healthy foods. By following this "Rule," we will maintain a healthy body (and mind!) But what does it really look like in terms of the foods we eat?
